We got leaks

youtube.com/watch?v=iH2nuKDiqok

That means new episodes this summer then. I just hope they put thought into advertising it as the final season/series finale. Though with how Regular Show was treated I'm not too hopeful

Well at least it'll be better than Samurai Jack

As far as I know the episodes are only gonna be released online

Uncle Grandpa is one of the last based animated shows. I hope it goes out with a bang.

That's 4 down 16 left until the finale thoughts?

I hope they go full Uncle Grandpa for the finale. Underappreciated show.

THE KING

HAS RETURNED

for a while at least :(

I think it's safe to say that the finale will probably come June/early May I really hope for it the best of send offs like maybe a Uncle Grandpa Day 3 or some shit like that

I doubt it. the reason the RS commercials said that the show was ending was because the creator said it was the final season, a network wouldn't announce that they cancelled a show on the network

>Uncle Grandshit
Everyone in this thread fucking kill yourselves now

your just mad that we get an actual ending

I didn't realize how much I missed this cartoon until just now.

Goody

always liked this but everyone else hates it. Why, it's genuinely funny and clever

it's was pretty smart and actually cute at times, too bad it's underrated

this wasn't canceled?

I feel the finale will air sometime this year. Not quite may yet.

Fuck off back to the SJ threads. Lorefags are the worst.

Yeah, it sucks. It was honestly one of the best shows on Cartoon Network. Had great visual humor and god tier animation for TV. Good stuff. Too bad no one actually cares about the old stuff that makes animation good anymore.

>Replies with a shit-tier show pic

Can't wait!

when u nut

Cartoon Factory
>Uncle Grandpa visits the cartoon factory to get some answers about his roots.

Uncle Greedpa
>Uncle Grandpa is in need of some extra cash, so he starts charging for his services.

Transitional Phase
>Life in the RV is interrupted when Uncle Grandpa and the gang keep mysteriously being sent back and forth through time.

What's the Big Idea?
>Pizza Steve and Mr. Gus try to help Uncle Grandpa get an idea.

These all sound awesome. And it's cool to see where the crew hoodie's design came from.

Where did these leaks come from? The episodes aren't schedule to air, right?

The endless minefield of golden Mr. Gus reactions just keeps on growin'!

the title card for this episode looks fuckin cool I'm starting to get used to the new title card format

what did they mean by this?

they came from miseps, same as the SU leaks,my guess is that there's a UG bomb next week?

I've been a fan of the new title card format since the beginning! Despite there being less to see in each one, Nick Edwards still manages to make them fun. I wonder who colors them, though.

This is also a good opportunity to say how glad I am that Pete Browngardt eventually made the right choice of sprucing up the background style of the show. The earlier episodes' bland backgrounds compared to the original pilots' more lively designs always bugged me.

I thought Uncle Grandpa got cancelled?

Cancelled doesn't mean it's done airing already. We still have ~20 episodes left, famajama.

For the few fans of Uncle Grandpa, I just wanna bring up my belief that the upcoming Disney XD cartoon, Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer, looks like it could very well be UG's spiritual successor:

behance.net/zeuscervas

It was created by Aaron Springer (SpongeBob, Korgoth, Periwinkle Around the World, Samurai Jack, Mickey Mouse Shorts) and should be premiering some time this summer.

I'm still pissed about the Tooth Fairy's complete redesign and sex change

Huh. Another user that seems interested in that show. It feels good I'm not the only one.

Marsha a cute

Post more.
please

T's all I got, mang

Thanks.
Any confirmed date? Next month? Next fucking year? I need details.
Halp. I bet Marsha is gonna have a crush on the fat boy.
I feel it on my dick[/spoiler)

What are you, gay?

Out of all these "Cartoon Factory" is the one I look forward to most

June 3rd. Expect them to bomb the episodes and kill the show off before it even begins.

Proto-Tooth Fairy devotee here. I won't lie; I'm really only pissed because the character's original design never got the chance to spark some interest in talented fanartists. I won't lie, though, that "You Can't Handle the Tooth!" made a worthy sacrifice in making that jarring change 'cause that episode was hilarious!

Thinking of that just makes me sad.
I'm having a severe case of shipping autism call 911

From the tiny bits and pieces we've seen, Billy Dilley's art style seems pretty wacky (and somewhat grotesque). I'm hyped for the show to embrace cartoon insanity, but I'm also secretly hoping that Springer still manages to fit in some choice waifus.

I hope it stays alive for some months or years
so it can get a good amount of porn

Stop getting off topic, if you guys wanna make a thread about this show be my guest but your kinda derailing the thread

If we start a thread, it would die instantly or everyone would start asking for some Marsha pics
not that it bothers me but no one would discuss anything with the vague information we have also that almost no one knows that it even exists

Is there a reason why they ultimately went out of their way to misspell "havoc"? I just noticed that.

And is there a fucking explanation for why we're still missing so many episode rips?

T H I C C

oh wow, a thread for uncle grandpa?

cool, I guess

yep join the party man

aw

A bunch didn't get recorded when they aired because CN decided to show them an hour before they normally play new stuff and
it wouldn't surprise me in the least if none of those episodes aired a second time.

hopefully one person will be generous enough to buy the 4th season and get that up....

I know for a fact that they do
Its just that they show them at early times (and now they don't show ug at all)

Just to spark up more discussion, what's everyone's favorite episode?

For me, it's gotta be "Ballroom". Hands down, the most I've ever laughed at an 11-minute cartoon this decade!

>We're finally gonna see Andres Salaff's episodes

we know that Andy Gonsalves is also gonna be on billy dilley

The First Christmas special

UG>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>TTG

im looking forward to those let's see how a RS storyboarder handles UG

The whole idea of Santa Claus being Uncle G's brother was just perfect! And that Escape Rap wasn't too bad, either.

not only that but between RS and UG he was a director on Adventure Time, where he primarily directed most of the season 6-7 Herpich/Wolfhard and Jmoyns episodes as well as directly boarding King's Ransom (with Hannah K) and The Music Hole (with Polly Guo)

Speakin' of RS storyboarders, does anyone know what projects they each went off to? I just recently found out about Benton Connor working as a supervising director on Apple & Onion, but I'm still unaware about everybody else (Owen Dennis, Madeline Queripel, Sam Spina, Calvin Wong, Ryan Pequin, etc.).

One thing I've noticed with the Production Season 3 (In the Clouds and what's advertised as seasons 4 and 5) episodes is that 1) Supervising Director Casey Alexander is no longer contributing to episode stories and 2) both Gemmill/Pittenger and Allison/Kramer have taken Reicher/Gonsalves lead and been directly involved in the stories for many of their episodes

Supervising Producer Mike Roth (left the show late season 6; though there's episodes into season 7 that were outlined before he left) has been supervising producer on the CN pilots for the past few years.
Director John Infantino (left after season 6, though the same outline deal applies) is now Story Editor on Star Vs since season 2 (he even co-boarded AND co-directed the episode Camping Trip with his old Camp Lazlo board partner Piero Piluso)
Toby Jones is now Supervising Director on OK K.O. (Ian JQ's show)
Sarah Oleksyk is a writer/boarder on Star Vs
Casey Crowe is going to be a writer/boarder on Star Vs
Character Designer Ben Adams is gonna be a writer/boarder on Billy Dilley and later Country Club

not sure about anyone else

a lot of the season 3-4 episodes where kinda shitty (I blame that on Kelsey Abbot mostly) but I noticed that the best written episodes where from Gemmil/Kenny, both writing and animation are usually God teir if there on it

>art style seems pretty wacky (and somewhat grotesque)
You just summmed all of Disney XD, i dont know how they keep doing it.

...

I heard Calvin Wong is working on some animation pilot or something

His pilot's already done, mate. It's called "Legendary Place" and premiered at the GLAS Animation Festival back in March.

Nobody who attended has said anything about it, though.

>I blame that on Kelsey Abbot mostly
Eh Kelsey's been on the show since Dave Tennent left mid season 1B

I mean when she writes the episodes

but that's exactly the range of time she's written on episode outlines

>Uncle Grandpa back at it again with the references
I can't wait to see what they pull off with this episode. I'm sure they had fun writing it.

thank you for saying it

this is some Daft Punk tier stuff right here

she's never "written" any episode the way you're talking about, she's still just an outline writer, like with late season 1 and all of production season 2

I think you and I are on the same page.

Lmfao

>tfw remember the foxbox doing that with this show
>they showed reruns for months
>showed the finale once
>show never aired again

uncle grandpa seemed pretty shit when it was airing a lot, but teen titans go makes me appreciate everything else more.
