>royale edition

Awesome

It was a comfy episode and I was honestly surprised when I learned why the casino existed to begin with

>that data

Best

This episode is 10/10 that poor fucking space nigga who ends up in that shit pulp fiction for eternity

That trailer shows the beginning, middle and end of that episode while also establishing the basic story. Why would I watch the actual episode after seeing this?

Costanza, in the batting cages

>you will never go to burger king with worf

>52 stars
>knew the exact year
Was it autism?
youtube.com/watch?v=4xtUYWCmveE

Because it's 1988 and you don't want any surprizes while you drink store brand beer and try to dull the pain of your bleak midwest factory job

Yes and no. Riker is an American so therefore he knows everything about the good ol' USA however he knows nothing else.

Damn you sir I retired these

>Gamble with their liiiiiives on Staaar Trek: The Next Generation

I know I love these, they're so off tone. It reminds me of the sleezeball from Ed Wood. The best is to pick an episode with no action and tension and see how they try to sell it
youtube.com/watch?v=oAHbSQ___ww

>best, most powerful, most badass character in TNG
>designed with autism to compensate

I wish there were more Lore episodes

Post starships.

>when Riker is not in the scene all other characters must ask where Riker is

Very impressive Gabriel.
youtube.com/watch?v=hePhA81L_eE

...

>poster shows two klingon ships vs. one Starfleet ship
>movie has two battleships decimate a light scout
Starfleet is a bunch of pussies

stop no bully klingon very dishonorable much shame

>1/3 of the poster taken up by the posters for all five previous films
It's not like any good decisions were made with his poster

>fire the shitnerspockbones beam at that logo

What were they thinking?

Why the heck is Lofton billed so high in DS9? He's barely even in it but he outranks most of the cast.

I just finished the series except for the retrospective and came to Sup Forums for the 1st time because I want to shout from the rooftops..

The next generation is phenomenal. The stories, the characters, the ideas it's just top drawer, the bee's knees, etc.

>outranks
After Brooks, they're listed alphabetically, you idiot

dickings

He must be a jew.

>lofton
>aubergine

How is that alphabetical?

>this meeting is for senior officers only
>perma ensign kim is invited

Rene is listed right after Avery. They're are alphabetized by last name. Lofton never was in front of Auberjonois.

Guess I forgot the order.

"Senior Officers" means more "department heads", not "the highest ranked people".

If ranks mattered, Ensign Nog would have a better claim to being at a DS9 senior officer's meeting than Chief Petty Officer O'Brien.

>that episode tom says he ranks higher than torres just because he's a bridge crew member.
wut really?

Depends on the situation. In an engineering situation Torres could order Tom around. On the bridge, if Tom and Torres were the highest ranking people around in a crisis, command would undoubtedly fall to Tom.

>shields, shields!
>ops guy does nothing while they get hit
what an idiot

Janeway has such thick hair.

torres is by far the most skilled crew member before 7 though. Tom's a fucking criminal that drives well.

short bob haircut Janeway best Janeway

same for Kira, now that I think about it

Patrician taste. This is how I rank the shows, what do you think?

TNG>DS9>TOS>VOY>ENT

Lads, I'm rewatching TNG in HD and it's amazing. I wish they'd redo DS9 and those sweet, sweet space battles

That's why he'd be in command on the bridge aka the driver's seat of the ship

>that episode where she rigs a doomsday weapon to attack it's creators and also somehow programs it to outsmart her just in case she decides to unrig it

>that episode where she builds a prototype android in like 2 days

actually, this is the Kira I'm thinking of, might be wrong to call it a bob

Let's call it an ob.

It's not a poster for the theatrical run, it's a poster for home distribution of videocassettes. An advertisement for all six videocassettes together is a very good idea.

The EMH has no rank at all, does he still outrank even the captain in a medical situation?

he claims to but it's debatable since he can't even write a story for himself and janeway shows him zero respect.

>he can't even write a story for himself
That episode really put a bow on just how much of a fuckup he was and how stupid Janeway was for giving him so much leeway.

Silly user, he outranks the captain, period.

Ezri a cute

CUTE

Why is Root Beer so fucking popular in the future?

It's not, they were just trolling the Ferengi.

In the great beverage war of the 22nd century, root beer, scotch, and earl grey are the only survivors

But even random Klingons who don't hang out on the station bring up Humans and rootbeer

Is it just a massive running joke the Federation implanted?

janeway drank all the coffee.

You don't like rootbeer? Are you gay?

what about prune juice, large

Prune Juice is a vassal to the Root Beer Collective

even the large cups of prune juice?

Root beer tastes like children's toothpaste

I should eat more toothpaste

>92269676
That single day Voyager was docked on DS9, she really cleaned them out.

There was no Caretaker, the "whole stranded in the Delta Quadrant" thing was merely a manufactured story to cover for Janeway's desperate search for coffee resources...

so uh
has anyone seen bashirfaggot lately?
last i checked in the tranny was missing for like a week or two

ah, bungled that post quote,

Which episode was that?

One Raktajino, please

As much as I hate all the fucking catladies that gush for Janeway and the "muh coffee" meme, it was a good line.

I think it was one of the very last episodes of the entire series. Very weirdly self-referential.

bane on a plane, his mask off

thats a spaceship bro

>spaceship

It was like the most memorable line in all of Voyager, there aren't exactly many to pick from.

"Fun will now commence" I guess is another one.

>you have become sexually aroused in MY body

That whole episode was retarded and hilarious
Seven had some of the best tongue-in-cheek humor of all the autistic "I don't get humans" characters

>"Naomi Wildman, subunit of Ensign Samantha Wildman. State your intentions."

Your mom's a spaceship, bro

I miss old tv eyecatches and stuff.
>STARRR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION WILL RETURN AFTER THESE MESSAGES

I thought Borg spheres were supposed to be more powerful than cubes. Weird they're so much smaller.

>Miranda

Starship kino

It was a really early episode too.

Why in the world would you think that? We literally see a sphere emerge from a cube like an escape pod.

The first time we ever see one it comes out of a cube. It being smaller than a cube is a much more strongly defined characteristic of a sphere than it being stronger than one.

Death row inmate here, which of these do I watch before I break out of this joint?

My brother

...

...

...

Now that's a tasty looking ship.

You're damn right.

Who /couldn'tgiveashitaboutships/ here?

But the more you drink it, you begin to like it. Its.. insidious...

someone who doesn't belong in a Star Trek thread

Me. I've never understood it, though I get that their designs are very aesthetic and cool. For me, Star Trek has always been about the characters, though I like the more unorthodox ship designs like the Breen or Chalnoth.

>there is nothing else to enjoy in Start Trek except for the ship designs
I think it is you who has outed yourself user

>there were never be good ships again.
>it will always be rehashed jj trash.

So you are saying you think the ships look bad? Or you don't like them? You are weird buddy.

You think I said these things are mutually exclusive? Time to leave, brainlet.

Probably just not particularly interested in them.

You just fucking said if you don't care about the ship designs in Star Trek then you don't belong here

>You just fucking said if you don't care about the ship designs in Star Trek then you don't belong here
No I didn't. Check the session ID again, loser.

>I've never understood it, although I get it

Gimme a mulligan on that post.
>I've never really had a hard on for ships but I get why people have a fetish for them.
That work?
