What are some great first episodes (first episode that aired) of cartoons?

...

You know it's funny, I saw the episode based on this one first, then this one.

This episode is why i have a tf fetish today

...

Pic unrelated I assume?

No. That was the first episode to air and it was really good

...

My Little Pony Friendship is Magic - Friendship is Magic parts 1 and 2

>pulling a "to be continued" after the first episode
madmen

The ultimate example of better than expected, at least before the perfect freak storm came along.

To be fair, it was one of the first good shows to come at the end of the wasteland that was the 00s, its no wonder it gained such a following

That coupled with no one had faith in it. I think most everyone expected a zero effort saccharinly sweet toy cash grab.

...

Bullshit. Fuzzy Lumpkin's meat gun was the first to air during the What-a-Cartoon show.

user, hating bronies is so 2012, let it go
It is a cartoon like any other, the fact that it's based on a girls brand or about ponies doesn't make it any more or less valid than any other gay shit that gets discussed here

...

You pulled many from a reaction image, what if I was just unimpressed with the juvenile discussion that just took place? What if I saw it as attention whoring since any post mentioning ponies is bound to get a "NOT Sup Forums" response? What if?

...

Is barney-fag finally dead? I haven't seen him in ages

MEAT HAIR

>what if I was just unimpressed with the juvenile discussion that just took place?
I'd say you're stupid, it was a perfectly fine discussion about a show you happen to dislike
>What if I saw it as attention whoring since any post mentioning ponies is bound to get a "NOT Sup Forums" response? What if?
I'd say you're a petulant retard, the modern MLP fandom largely started on Sup Forums, don't be surprised when some of us are still around

>you happen to dislike
Here we go with the assuming to prove your point

>the modern MLP fandom largely started on Sup Forums
Damn you're retarded, I was using "Not Sup Forums" as an example of people bitching that it's not allowed on Sup Forums anymore

Do not respond again unless you're certain you're able to understand what's being said and without making irrational assumptions based on a negative reaction image about a show you like, you damn baby.

>BUNCH OF BABY DUCKS
>SEND THEM TO THE MOON

1st season regular show was a good show, very good show indeed

>new series
>CN HD
god damn it it hurts

I almost cried on the finale, one of the best endings I've ever seen in any media

You just know that Adventure Time's finale is going to quite disappointing, so will Steven Universe's eventual finale.

Gumball is probably going to be awesome.

Yea, but it had a bunch missing in my opinion, we could've had Party Tonight somewhere, even the credits. Margaret and CJ were backsided hard and as a long time fan that felt shitty, but understandable since the ending was already pressed for time. Maybe more continuity in the first place.

I also feel like something was missing since the finale was off-earth and we didn't get to see much of the average earth stuff like the coffee shop and all that, or even the park that much. I liked RS before due to it's comfy atmosphere, and the places that that happened were hardly, if at all, seen. Also we aren't certain what Rigby's outcome was, was he a stay at home dad or did he have a job? If he was at home, what was Eileen doing to support them? Mordecai's home life was never seen, and everyone's family had nothing like names or stuff like that, they were very 1 note even in production. It wasn't needed but seeing Mordecai's new home would've been nice. Also everyone else had 0 lines in the last half of the finale which felt kinda bad.

I will say for what it was, it was amazing, but there's always that "what if" scenerio, like what if the finale was on Earth and it was about something like Mordecai moving on from the Park and Rigby having to accept it and move on too, and them not dealing with monster of the week type stuff due to the changing dynamic? Stuff like that

At times the finale was lackluster, but other times and when it went out, it was pretty great, it just felt different in a weird way.

I did cry when the montage started, because coupled with the fact that by that point it was obvious Pops was staying dead, I also realized it was the last few minutes I'd ever be watching the series premiere anything again. Over 6 years man

what about episodes that weren't meant to be the first to air (for example: The Enchrideon was meant to be the first Adventure Time episode to air, but season 1 aired really out of order and they aired Slumber Party Panic first instead)

...

I don't remember Mordecai ever being on his knees in this way

Only good episode. It was all downhill from there.

Fuck yes, I can still hear the choir as all the ships fly towards the planet (Irken)?

Convention Hall Planet

I was talking about the TV series, not the What a Cartoon pilot

"reef blower" was pure kartoon kino

Terrible bait.

Satan?

knock knock

I wonder if lonbluewolf/theop would take a request for porn of that?

Downtown as Fruits from Hey Arnold!

Kinda boring

Honestly AT will probably be a clusterfuck because of the 60 plot threads they've built up over the years that they need to resolve but I'll be pretty satisfied if they send off Finn in a good way.

SODA MACHINE THAT DOESNT WORK
SEND IT TO THE MOON

YOU DRILLBIT

Seeing pic related made me go OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH SHIIIITTT

Name one memorable quote from it then.

This

The pilot is legit one of the best episodes in the whole show. Very rare to say.

"You!"

I hate that The Power in the the finale had a real shitty sound effect when they used it
