Has there ever been a more thorough character assassination as the one these three suffered?

Has there ever been a more thorough character assassination as the one these three suffered?

i'd get you a list of examples, but i'd be assembling a list of everything that's currently running

Beast and Scarlet Witch

I'll give you Scarlet Witch, but Beast is still salvageable as is. Original Young Justice needs some serious asspull to be fixed, though.

Literally who

...

...

Batman since the 90s

Idc about impulse that much.

Superboys interesting but useless older.

>not muh

have you trieeeeed reading Supersons or the regular Superman series?

I liked Impulse too but who knows if he's coming back.

Every Marvel character.

Tim didn't really get assassinated he was created as a safe non threatening robin, it's just after Damian appeared/ Jason came back he sort of lost his purpose for existing.

Kesel should be the only person to handle Superboy

I actually liked the concept of the Silent armor
But like most things in New52 the execution was shit.

I want this meme to die. She was fine until Barn Mates.

What was Silent Armor again?

R-rebirth will fix them, r-right bros?

Tim is too far gone, but there may still be hope for Bart and Kon.

How is Tim too far gone when Rebirth already turned him back into his pre-Flashpoint character?

Meanwhile Bart is a terrorist and Kon is completely replaced by Jon

characterfags are the worst... get the fuck over it, did you enjoy the stories or the shota?

goddamn retards the lot of you.

It was some kind of armor that was tied to Trigon for some reason. It should have been Ares armor or something of the sort.

don't forget lil' lobo (but peter david saved him by turning him into a statue and transporting him to the year 1 billion - i think)

young justice was awesome (nauck/david) run.

also young justice/teen titans graduation day fucking sucked

RIP Slobo and Emoress

Deadpool got better since the early 2000s

there wasn't enough character to begin with

If Tim isn't too far gone, than how would you recommend fixing him? Tim is pretty redundant since Dick, Jason, & Damian each excel with their different relationship to Batman. It would be interesting to make Tim the more independent hero of the batfamily, but his personality isn't distinct enough to work.

I keep seeing people here post this criticism unironically, yet Tim held his own solo for 20 years that was never in danger of cancellation. Hell, the only reason his solo ended was because of the New 52.

better than Johns run

They should just make Tim into the new Oracle is Babs is gonna stay leggy.
At the very least it'll preserve his tech specialist/detective niche.

Why is there no young green lantern who hangs out with the younger heros?

>yet Tim held his own solo for 20 years that was never in danger of cancellation.

Tim's book sold because at the time, there was only one Robin and one Nightwing. He didn't HAVE to compete or stand out to get attention as a member of the Batfamily from the readership.

Now there's four Robins existing at the same time. And literally every member of the Batfamily, even Alfred, can hack a computer nowadays. So what makes Tim stand out?

You've got the charming one, two edgy ones, and that just leaves him as the one whose dialogue is boring and indistinct.

Lantern rings answer to an authority who wouldn't hand them out to kids, I guess.

I've always thought they could make a character who's an offshoot of Alan Scott though, like his lantern gets damaged in a battle or there's a shard of the Starheart left out there, and a kid finds it and makes a second ring or some shit.

It's nowhere near as good as YJ.

Haha fuck off, mouseketeer. Based Johns saved them to form the teen titans.

>preferring Johns' TT over PAD's YJ
Shittest taste.

And then he let his fanfiction butt-baby be twisted into a sociopathic monster and left to slowly wither away into nothing.

This. DC actually tried their best to make Tim relevant, but it simply didn't work.
