Monsters are due on Maple Street
I Shot an Arrow into the Air
The Fever

TO SERVE OP
Did ya see that one?
He's Alive
one of my favourites, has a great message
A Stop at Willoughby.
One of Rod's favorite episodes of Season 1. I legitimately don't think television goes in a darker place.
Libcuck episode
One for the Angels.
Its a pretty sweet episode.
Was there a bad episode?
Can’t think of any.
the invaders
The one with the fortune teller on the diner table, I forget the name
unironically shatners best work
Those later episodes filmed on tape (as opposed to film) annoy me because they feel so insanely cheap.
Also I remember watching an episode where Shakespeare comes back to help a hack TV Writer and I thought that one was dull.
Wasn't this on Netflix for a bit?
Anything like it on now?
I'm sure the title has been mentioned, but that episode where the dude on vacation (?) Stops by a monastery where the literal Devil is locked up. Saw that as a kid.
...
Serling converted to Unitarianism.

The Howling Man
And When the Sky was Opened
Judgement Night
The Lonely was one of two episodes that basically serve as a proto-Blade Runner.
it's has nothing to do with "religion"
Easily one of the best episodes made.
what's the problem ?
Serling is a cool dude.

You don't make the rules, fucktard. Do you feel in charge? OP put up a list of "pleb" episodes and user posted a perfectly acceptable episode.
Time Enough at Last
A Kind of a Stopwatch
literally our guy
A really good example of the early stages of breaking down of the west via media propaganda. Thanks
printer's devil
love anything involving a deal with the devil
>intelligent people don't believe in discrimination

Walking Distance
there are some ones about old people and kids that were very dull
no man 10/10 every single time. Thanks twilight zone.
Uncle Simon
Best dialogue in the entire series.
If you ask any normie if they watch it they will immediately bring this up.
Night of the Meek
The Midnight Sun
The Fever
Brain Center at Whipples desu
Burgess Meredith episodes are top tier.
Almost all of the episodes of the 90's version
Nick of Time (fortune teller machine)
Night Call
A Stop at Willoughby
22
The Midnight Sun
!!!FACT!!!
The Old Man in the Cave
The Rip Van Winkle Caper is one of my favorites. The entire series is almost flawless because of Serling's great writing. The stories are timeless, meaningful, and wholesome. It also has some great actors that were getting started in their careers.
The banned episode with George Takei. I just learned it existed the other day.
Don't know if you consider these pleb, but:
And When the Sky Was Opened
What You Need
A Nice Place to Visit
A Stop at Willoughby
The Howling Man
The Mirror
It's a Good Life (the best, if you ask me)
The Little People
If you like It's a Good Life, I recommend watching It's Still a Good Life.
Some of the one hour episodes really drag on.
The chaser is pretty good
Too many ww2 themes but yes
Then what?
I forget does it imply he dies in his sleep and stays in willouhhby forever? I haven't seen it in a while
What's the one where the couple find the novelty diner fortune teller that is always right?
The one about the dog and man who died but didnt know it.
The one about the man who revisits his childhood.
The one where a man "hallucinates" a troll on the airplane's wing.
the best episode
Last one is nightmare at 30,000 feet. Good shatner ep
With Shat?
I'm not sure. It was some bobble head thing on the table. Could be.
Nick of Time
He jumps off the train
I've haven't seen them all for like 10 years, but I think you're talking about Nick of Time.
This
Yeah that's it. Didn't know it was /ourguy/ playing in it. Explains why the acting was so damn good.
That one was really great. The acting was so well done. I love how at the end another couple comes in really anguished and cant stop using the machine
guess i know what im rewatching next
>tfw too smart to look out for your own culture
The Howling Man
One of the best
It's all cuck-lefty anti-American faggy litty and McCrathy was right, amirite, proud bois?
C-can I join your club?
>Obsolete Man
>pleb
As a dog lover, this episode is a great one.
OP here. Literally just finished watching that episode. That's weird. Thought it was great, too.
It's still on Netflix, but for some reason the entirety of the fourth season is missing.
Seconding that one. It's heartwarming and comfy.
Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up?
The Howling Man was great. Walking distance and the old man and the cave were good too.
Some of the fourth season was kind of bland. There's really only one good hour-long episode (On Thursday We Leave For Home, although Printer's Devil is good for a Burgess Meridith kick). TZ is better suited to be a small-dose, half-hour format. They always had budget limitations because it was on network TV, so brevity was always of a benefit.
I'm always amazed at how many episodes were written by Serling. And at a time where they would crank out 30 episode seasons. The guy may be the greatest Sci-Fi writer of his time.
I loved that nutty bug-eyed old man, cannot immediate recall him in other episodes.
The Old Man in The Cave is a favorite. Also the episode where they try to hang the confederate but he escapes
IMO, this was a pretty brave episode, even 15+/- years afterward.
Five Characters in Search of an Exit is my favorite.
Based
My 3 favorites are...
Nick of Time
And when the Sky was Opened
The Odyssey of Flight 33
I really love how economical the first two are in particular. With Nick of Time you essentially just have a single location, a cheesy fortune teller prop and Shatner and the episode always manages to unnerve me every time I watch it.
Actually never seen Sup Forums talk about the Passerby.
Go watch it.
This.
“Logic is an enemy and truth is a menace.”
Serling was a badass in the Pacific Theater and his unit suffered 90% casualties in the Philippines.
He later tested parachutes after the war for money.
HARD MODE: Give me some good episodes from the 80s Twilight Zone
That one always felt like a rip off of No Exit to me.
The one about the guy who tries to kill a romantic rival by putting a brain eating worm in his head.
That was a Night Gallery episode.
