So this is greatest comedy movie of all time right

So this is greatest comedy movie of all time right.

WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST HEAR? LANCE?

Yes. This is not up for fucking debate.

DIET COKE!

That would be kung pow

you mean kung fu hustle

...

wrong

A challenger approaches...

can we at least agree there hasnt been a great comedy since?
seriously, name one film that comes close

big dick playa

...

only this one

Tbh I thought the Nice Guys was tops

I think you mean Airplane, user.

>those fake trailers at the start of the movie
They just get funnier and funnier.

this desu

Black Dynamite is one of the most underrated comedies ever. Extremely quotable and rewatchable. The cartoon is kinda mediocre, tho.

Not at the level of tropic thunder but this is underrated and probably Ferrel's funniest film

its def the most rewatchable comedy movie of all time.

This one is underrated

It's rated just fine, as "shit nobody wants to watch/remember".
It's basically Scary Movie except about blaxploitation action shlock.

I didn't say it's the best movie ever, but it works as a lampoon of blaxploitation films. It's comfy too, but maybe I am seeing it with rose tinted glasses.

You probably are, but I haven't seen it in years.
Watch it again and report, if you can.

WAZUUUUUPPPPP

Those three are top tier. Lots of details you won't notice on the first watch.

Get Out

That isn't a picture of Old School

This really is, it's so god damn perfect.

You are correct.

Also, a few more greats;
Stepbrothers
Borat
21 & 22 Jump Street are great too
Talladega Nights
Walk Hard
Guardians of The Galaxy 2 (albeit mix of action and comedy)

Underrated, Caddyshack is great. Happy Gilmore is top tier too

How is caddy shack underrated? People rave about it all the time. Its shit tier though

Meant his post was underrated as no one else seemed to consider it a contender. It's not only very funny but kind of bypasses the cheap plot that some comedy's seem to feel obligated to have. Its narrative could even be called abstract it's so loose and tangential, and I think that's great

Ahem.

I love Talladega Nights and Borat

Not really a Comedy innit?

Dr Strangelove

Seriously, why did the comedy genre completely die out?
Even sitcoms aren't really that common anymore.

you can't rehash the same joke 300 times and still be funny like a capeshit movie. You have to wait for generations to die off.

Sequel never. =(

It is according to the golden globes.

...

its this or tropic thunder, both are excellent.

goddamn I fucking miss that period between 2007 and 2012 when we got almost nonstop Rogen/Franco/Hill stonerkino. American comedy has not been the same since

Superbad
Zombieland
The dictator

>RDJ playing a white actor playing a black actor

how did they get away with this? i mean i get the joke about method acting wankery but there would be so much shit if someone did it today

:D

please kill yourself

only rdj can pull it off

A black actor who plays a vietnam farmer

no u

>jonah hill being raped by a demon
>everything with mcbride
>cokehead micheal cera
>McBride turning channing tatum into his gimp sex slave

Such a guilyy pleasure

> Jack Black was top billing at the time

Blazing Saddles

you know the rules

Unfunny shit until the credits and Tom Cruise dance. That isn't enough for a movie ok.

Was pic related /spoofkino/?

Unironically yes
