>in AGU she gets fired and becomes a stay at home mom

>she was an extremely successful CEO
>had loads of money saved and various investments
>lives in a 2 story suburban house

She had massive plastic surgery and coke addictions.

>that episode where Angelica moves in with the Charmichaels and becomes a better daughter than Susie

Charlotte was sleeping with Jonathan, wasn't she?

Savage.

At the very least the first one is actually true.

OK you asshole you have my curiosity, what's the catch? Is it to show her up?

JOHNATHAN

No. Susie tries to trick Angelica into doing all her chores in the hopes that she'll screw up but she ends up doing them better.

You kidding? Jonathan was gay as fuck.

It actually was to show her up at first, but then Susie and her sibs try to exploit Angelica.

AGU Angelica was always kind of weird in the few times I watched the show, because in Rugrats something like 80% of her character is being a horrible little shit, but in AGU she could actually be pretty sympathetic.

I mean, I get that turning into less of a brat is what most people do as they get older, but there were times she barely felt like Angelica.

She was kind of a stereotypical high school prep.

Not everyone wants to live in a mansion and the stuff in their house - the art, the china, the parties they had, Angelica's constant toys - cost a pretty penny. Also, it always felt like they had success but it was very up and down. Remember when Drew lost all of Chaz's money on that investment?

Also compared to Stu & Didi

>One is a self-employed inventor who is always looking for a break
>One is a high school teacher
>Live in similar 2 story suburban house with two cars that might even be bigger than Drew's

Welcome to Southern California

She was a spoiled brat because her parents never had time for her and dumped her on other people and plied her with gifts and toys to shut her up.

As she grew up, she just realised that her loneliness wasn't her fault so she doesn't act out as much as she accepts this as her life. She's still a little bossy but that's more because old habits die hard.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. I guess, though, I can't stop imagining an alternate take on teenage Angelica where she's a total monster, like those fucking brats on My Super Sweet Sixteenth Birthday.

She felt the most realistic of them all. A lonely girl who tries to get people to like her but legitimately doesn't really know how.

...

Sleeping? No.
Forcing him to give her oral under her desk? Probably.

She looks better than most 46-year-old women

IMO, if they went that route, it would've been a shitty cop-out.

Even in Rugrats, it was obvious that she was just acting as a brat because she was taught it was normal and okay. But since she was an only child and was always away from her parents, she used Cynthia as a surrogate friend to pretend that she wasn't as alone as she felt she was.

And then she tries to boss the other kids around because she felt that she knew better than they did and she was basically emulating her parents who she still thought were the most successful people she could aspire to be.
>Their work was important, that's why they're too busy to play with her, it's not their fault, etc.
She always reminded me of the cheesy orphans from other movies who say their parents didn't abandon them, they were international spies on super secret missions, they'll come back when they're done blahblahblah.

>It actually was to show her up at first, but then Susie and her sibs try to exploit Angelica.
Susie being the antagonist is neat

You can only pick one

Marry Angelica, Fuck Kimi, Kill Susie

Fuck Angelica
Marry Kimi
Work for Susie

Good choice

>that episode where Susie falls victim to a con artist and loses the 1k her older sister was saving up to buy a house someday, and the con artist is never caught
>that episode where Tommy and his friends fool Dil into thinking aliens are contacting him and plan to meet him and then they actually do

This series was really all over the place.

Angelica has 15 years on her at MAX before turning into a self-diagnosed bipolar slut who refuses to take care of herself. Ive known so many suburban woman in my time, they all die inside by 35. Mercy kill.

Hopefully Liberal hippie kimi hasnt had a train of men run through her by the time i get a crack at her just because i hope shes kinky due to being into alternative bullshit. Probably not, but hopefully.

The only adult answer is to marry susie. probably a lowkey narcissist, but definitely wife material with a down to earth and straightforward enough personality to keep things honest in life and interesting in bed.

>that episode where Phil gets a girlfriend and Lil gets jealous and tries to break them up

>that episode where Phil finds out Lil has tits and tries to become a girl himself

There was an entire episode where Phil pretends to be her.

Where are you from?
Most 46 year old women don't have botched plastic surgery.

It was weird how horribly all the Rugrats parents aged. They all looked middle-aged and borderline elderly despite being the parents of preteen kids.

Angelica showed she was more than just a spoiled brat.
Made her a LOT more likeable to me.

THIS

They handled it better than Gravity Falls.

Hell yeah dude. Rugrats had writing.

And he was even more attracted to female Phil than Lil.

Housing must have been cheap back then.

Yeah, I thought this too. I'd assume they all gotten pregnant on the night of their wedding since this was ancient times before condoms and stuff

You've never met a parent that's had previous families. My dad went through two of them before finally settling down with my mother. He's like in his 60s.

There once was a man named Enis...

>Tired of being considered a "goody-goody" by the popular kids, Susie tires desperately to prove that she can be a bad girl.

The writers went too far with this episode.

>the only good porn of her is by Palcomix
Oh well

I miss Simon.

>you will never satisfy Angelica's craving for an adult dicking

>A PENIS?

I assumed it was because they started having children at an older age.

What a bitch.

Who you calling a bitch?

>bitchy girl is actually an amazing housewife by natural talent
this is very appealing to me

Charlotte, Didi, Kira, and Betty need more love/art.

F E E T

All Grown UP had 4 seasons?

Angelica was best girl in both shows. It's no wonder I love bitch girls.

5

I loved Dionne Quon's voice but Kimi was a bossy brat in the show.

>and then they actually do
No way.

why choose when you can fuse?

>That episode were Angelica start to droll over Harold's dick because he just ignore her and it works

Angelica fell in love with wrong beta ginger

...

>Angelica was also the only one of the group to know Chuckie's full name, not even his best friend.

i always did ship these two

is this show good enough to warrant watching as an adult or is it strictly for kids?

yeah, I think those 2 did fit together imo

Eh, I find it marginally more enjoyable than most of the KC crap of that era.

this is the last decent fanart of the series so far, most stuff is highly deviantart levels of fugly

It wasn't good when it was airing its just weird to look back at it to see what went wrong and why they tried so much to capitalized on the Rugrats fleeting popularity with a spin-off that really shouldn't have existed. KC has never really known how kids worked and Rocket Power and All Grown Up are proof of this.

Indeed

My parents bought a tri-level in one of the safest neighborhoods in the state with a gigantic, fenced backyard less than a mile from an elementary, high school, and jr. high in the 90s for less than 90,000 bucks.

>Hopefully Liberal hippie kimi

I can realistically see this happening. Also...

>Jewish movie industry mogul Tommy

>that trope episode where she helped chuckie become popular and he outdoes her

i'm surprised they didn't have them hook up after that

Did that actually happen? I'm just surprised is all. I remember the episode where Harold basically breaks up with Angelica. Then she can't even do basic functions cause he always did stuff for her.

If you're not bothered by teen drama shows then it should be fine. I wouldn't even call this strictly a childrens show since the behaviors of the kids seems more appropriate for a high school junior.

Also, early 2000's dialogue, so be ready for that.

This is actually not bad. Not over the top like the Hipster Rugrats, not absolutely disgusting like that one dude from KC posted

Where the hell do you live with prices and housing that appealing?

>none of them are gay

Surprising.

They already said.
>The 90s

>Kimi is a single mother
What was meant by this?

Kimi is better

She embraced her chink heritage and divorced his husband for all his money after luring him into a trap

Immaculate Conception. God has always been a pretty distant father figure.

Southeast Michigan in the 90s.

Metro Detroit?
