ITT: the most famous films you have never seen

Forrest Gump
The Shawshank Redemption
Schindler's List
Silence of the Lambs
Saving Private Ryan
Back to the Future movies

Silence of the Lambs, Private Ryan, and the 1st Back to the Future are the only ones worth seeing now.

...

Indian Jones movies
Back to the Future
Goodfellas
Most Ghibli films
The Shawshank Redemption
The Rocky Horror Picture Show

And I probably won't see most of these either. Genuinely not interested.

Any star wars movie

...

Never watched any of the Godfather movies. Also, never watched any Rocky movies, but they seem shit anyway.

>The Shawshank Redemption
>Schindler's List
Me neither

Casablanca
The Green Mile
12 Angry Men
Shichinin no samurai
City Lights

Titanic and Avatar

It's probably all of the godfather movies for me. If we're talking tv shows too, probably the sopranos.

Indiana Jones is decent but kinda overrated. At the very least you should check out Raiders of the Lost Ark.

I forgot to add that to my list. Normies seem to all know about each Rocky movie and I've never seen any of them.

Reservoir Dogs
Boondock Saints
Donnie Darko
Django Unchained

Edgy millennial core just doesn't appeal to me.

ive barely seen any movies

Onhan noita esim
1. Rita Hayworth - avain pakoon (1994)
2. Kummisetä (1972)
3. Kummisetä osa II (1974)
4. Yön ritari (2008)
5. Pulp Fiction: Tarinoita väkivallasta (1994)

Casablanca is unironicly really good.

Most Disney movies like Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, etc. Every time I see one of those fuckers, I'm reminded why I shouldn't.

You two aren't missing out.

Shawshank is great.

No mitä vittuu nyt hei

Kinda cheating but I haven't seen the original Star Wars up until last summer. It was ok but I don't have the urge to rewatch them anytime soon, them shits don't appeal to me. (I'm 29)

I've seen almost everything posted in this thread, i haven't seen Avatar though.
I have also never seen Gone with the Wind.

I have not seen any of the movies with red marks next to them

Watch Godfather 1 tonight you won't regret it

Watch Lawrence of Arabia if you have time right now, it's basically LOTR before there was LOTR

I'm a successful movie critic and I've only seen a handful of movies before i was a critic. I have however seen just abouy every major movie released since i started my youtube review channel launched 3 years ago.

Nibba you need to start divertin to weirder and more experimental shit if you want to get serious. Watch some Tarkovsky or Frantisek Vlacil

Watch Doctor Zhivago, except for Ben-Hur, the rest is trash

You should quit watching Saving Private Ryan as soon as the germans lose the beach though. Mayby rewind it a few times so you can watch the americans get mowed down by mg42s.

I have no idea what those things is

I've never seen the Godfather

It can't be good or else you would have seen it by now.

Ghostbusters and Back to the Future. Both looks like rebbit trash desu.

I can understand the rest but Indiana Jones and Back to the Future are like the easiest movies to watch. Raiders of the Lost Ark especially you can watch with the sound off while only half-paying attention and still find it entertaining. Back to the Future as well is like the most perfectly paced movie in history, no scene goes on for too long and everything has a purpose

>Forrest Gump
>The Shawshank Redemption
>Goodfellas (only got 30 minutes in)
>The Godfather Part II (I love the first one but I just haven't gotten around to watching the sequel)
>Saving Private Ryan

OP here. This reminds me that I haven't seen Ghostbusters either.

>one of these is not like the rest

I finally got around to watching Citizen Kane last year and holy shit you are NOT missing anything. As soon as it ended all I could think was "that's it?" I understand it's historical significance and it's by no means a bad movie but there's no reason why it's STILL considered the best movie ever made by so many critics. IMO as a culture we should just all agree to move on from Citizen Kane and consider 2001 or The Godfather the greatest film of all time

what did you think of it? I can't imagine watching Avatar anywhere outside of a theater or top-class home theater and enjoying it. I saw it in 3D when it came out and I liked it at the time but both times I tried watching it the next year on a smaller screen I couldn't enjoy it. I kinda feel like I'd have the same reaction to Fury Road so I've avoided watching it at home so I don't ruin it for myself.
>mfw I tried watching Avatar on a plane with the screen on the back of the seat in front of me

Alien series
Predator series
Rocky series
Back to the Future series
Frozen
Schindlersteins Sob Story (don't plan on ever seeing it kthx)
Ben Hur

Most famous American films I've never seen.
Especially the ones directed by Jews

Watch:
Gump
Silence of the Lambs
Raiders of the Lost Ark and Last Crusade
Rocky Horror (excellent soundtrack, one of the best for a musical)
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind
Princess Mononoke
what the fuck is wrong with you
Donnie is the only one there worth your time
epic
watch it, the guy who responded to you doesn't know his head from a hole in the ground
Fern Gully, Pocahontas, Avatar. It's all the same. Preserve nature, fuck man (whitey).
Pulp, Kane, Rocky, Sound of Music, Grease
Gone with the wind

Psycho
Jaws
Godfather
Citizen Kane
Back to the Future
Shawshank Redemption
12 Angry Men
Goodfellas
Ben Hur

And i'm sure there's a lot more.

Citizen Kane

Pretty weird. It's like the most universally likeable movie there is, as in it has the broadest audience ever.

The godfather (it's on Netflix now so might finally watch it)
It's a wonder life
Apocalypse now
Casablanca
Leon the professional
2001
