>Is this show any good now that MainMan is back? Or is it still weird, mean, terrible shit?
Leo Thomas
It always cracks me up how none of the adults in the Krusty Krab seem happy in general, at least in the newer episodes. the only time they show anything other than complete disdain for life is when they are somehow involved in the plot, when they are in the background it's just sadness and apathy. I am not sure why but the juxtaposition of spongebob always being cheerful in the foreground with that in the background makes me laugh
Lincoln Parker
It's weird, which is better and more interesting. The problem with the mid seasons was that they were bland and cute and that was all there seemed to be to the show. The new episodes have a lot more actual humor to them and a lot of it is pretty clever. Not that there isn't plenty of slapstick and dumb humor too. I like both equally and I think it's important to balance the two so you don't lose appeal to the actual target audience which is kids.

>Spogebob General Alright, let's talk about this scene.

Yeah I'm cool with kid appeal, but the OG's actually had good funny "Albeit Slapstick" humor, and the chars were funny, the new shit was just that they were mean and literally retarded. I'm into the former but despise the latter.
Mason Sanders
Have you watched the latest 2 seasons? especially the newest one.

Well whenever I worked at mcdicks no adults seem to happy unless they were old or with friends or both
Luis Roberts
they know what they're doing. They did it again slightly slower key here.

nope that's why I'd love it if you told me whether it was shit or a return to form. Unless we're just meming here. I've hated spongebob since S5 so if it's good now, just tell me and I'm on bored. Used to love the shoooooow.
Justin Bell
I think that's just being an adult in general. But yeah if you're going to eat in McD alone as an adult you're probably miserable in general.
Chase Hill
Me too user. I grew an appreciation to the older episodes and it's still funny humor but seeing them run there course idk if it really worth it anymore Yea come to think of it , I never ate mcd by myself. Always with family or friend

You know I caught one of the episodes, uh, the one where Krabs, Squidward, and Spongebob "cater" for a rich person, and I was actually liking.
Humor was on point and timing was well done, didn't feel rushed. You could tell it was sort of borrowing from older material though with how some of the characters "reacted."
