Remember when The Flash was the strongest Justice League member?

And not a jobber.

>Muh power levels
Kys its all bout character development.

Barely. Even Wally usually jobbed on team books.

Though never as much as J'onn

He was always a jobber, hack writers just made him retardedly strong in his ongoing.

Poor useless mindfucked J'onn.

>Wally used to take down Superman level beings
>Now he's a little bitch that's scared of Deathstroke
Wallyfags must be suffering

Poor fucker somehow got stabbed by that plot armored asshole.

Morrison's JLA was all about how every member was the strongest, particularly that arc.

Shit, Batman takes down three of those dudes by himself.

>Scared of Deathstroke

Oh, you mean Speedforce empowered Deathstroke? Remember that normal Deathstroke could possibly take down Batman whilst being unarmed. Now you're dealing with a speedster Deathstroke. If that doesn't scare you then you're stupid.

The point is, Wally took down enemies of that kinda caliber throughout his long run. Priest has admitted that he haven't read up on Wally or Nightwing, though, and operated on what he knew and recent information. Which led to most of the Titans lineup playing second fiddle to Slade and Damian, the characters Priest heavily worked on.

Wally is there not as a hero of his story, but an obstacle of Deathstroke's story. So instead of thinking "How strong should Deathstroke become to pose a threat to Wally?" Priest asks "How could Deathstroke be able to handle a speedster?". And, unfortunately, Wallace doesn't get any more characterization than "being a speedster" in this crossover.

The biggest plot hole is still about how exactly did his power loss affect Little Wally and thus Slade too?

Who gives a shit. If you do you should kill yourself for caring about powerlevels.

>The biggest plot hole is still about how exactly did his power loss affect Little Wally and thus Slade too?

I was pretty confused by that as well. They've emphasized in previous issues that NuWally isn't an altered version of OGWally due to New 52 shenanigans or anything.

If OG Kid Flash lost his powers he couldn't disappear and return via Speedforce shennanigans.

Which means Deathstroke wouldn't get triggered and do this dumb shit. And Little Wally would not even be KF.

Butterfly Effect

>Little Wally would not even be KF.
Why though? The way Little Wally got Speed Force had no relation to Rebirth and the return of Wally.

Barry wouldn't have let him be KF if OG Wally had died. He's not Bruce

We wouldn't have to complain about jobbing if writers wouldn't make every character a god for one issue to resolve a problem.

t. Power level faggot

>reading comic books with spandex and superpowers for "character development"

How is Speedforce empowered Deathstroke faster than Wally after ten minutes with his powers?

Not all speedsters are created equal and Kid Wally and Deathstroke should both be laughably slow compared to Wally

>And not a jobber.
Not really, from time to time he got to use his powers to their full extent like pic related, bust most of the time he jobbed.

He's not faster, Wally was just panicking because he had been tortured. It was a bluff.

Even in this very arc he got jobbed offscreen while Batman saved the day.

The Flash, Wally included, has never been shown or treated as the most powerful member of the JL. 99% of the time he's not even competent. Once every few years you'll get a cool scene ala the Nuke or infinite Mass Punch but that's the extent of it.

If OG Kid flash lost his powers then older Wally could've never taken Damian back in time to heart punch him.

Deathstroke can beat Wally without powers. He's done it a dozen times. Deathstroke with superspeed enough to react to Wally makes Wally about as threatening as a normal dude is to normal Deathstroke: Not at all.

Also apparently Slade's suit absorbs speed force so even if Wally got a punch in he'd just lose his powers like shitty Wally did. Slade was unstoppable.

You're talking about an era where the most powerful justice league member was whoever was on the page you were reading.

Wally's beaten faster and more experienced speedsters and this Deathstroke shouldn't remember the dozens of times he's beaten full powered Wally

Just having speedforce does not mean Deathstroke can do shit like vibrate through matter or speed steal or any of the other dozen speedster tricks that take experience and practice

And the suit just absorbs speedforce by touch? Was that established or are you pulling shit out of your ass to justify Deathstroke's jobber aura and Priest's shitty writing
