What the fuck was this one even about?

What the fuck was this one even about?

Nothing. It's basically an extended chase scene with a few random things thrown in to make people think it was deeper than it was.

The AIs fight back. Advanced military killing drones get infiltrated by all the abused AIs and kill all humans. Screencap this.

WOT IF ROBOTS DESIGNED TO KILL PEOPLE ACTUALLY KILLED PEOPLE

an hommage to P.K. Dick's work and the movie Screamers

*MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOs in ur path*

WOT EF DUH TERMINATUH WUZ A DOWG? WOODEN THAT BE TOTELLY MENTAL?

why arent there any white men in this new series?

It's supposed to be like living in a land littered with cluster muntions and landmines, but it's future so it's autonomous robots that are still killing people they detect in service to a war that probably ended decades ago.

This. It's just filler that exists because the writers are completely out of interesting ideas and there are already 3 episodes this season about "WOT IF WE IN COMPUTAH MENTAL INNIT".

Don't overthink it. The point was that the robot had a countermeasure for everything she tried, and even when she nearly died taking it down, more took its place. It wasn't supposed to be anything more than a cool Alien/Terminator style game of cat and mouse

WHAT IF the technology we love so much kills us! BRILLIANT!

doggos

First episode has three white men in their main cast.

M8TE WHAT IF TECHNOLOGY IS GOOD... BUT NOT!
+5 trillion cuckflix bucks

It's about the sacrifices that parents are willing to make for their children.

Dags.

and its about how mysoginous men are. didnt put and black men in did they

This seems sort of obvious, so I do not understand this unfunny dead fish meme about black mirror being bad or why it is repeatedly posted. This season apart from the first episode was not as good as the older seasons, no. But what is? Black mirror is some legendary shit. Metalhead episode went beyond the classical post-apocalyptic, dystopean future setting and did something different. It didn't put you in the beginning, where the robots were taking over, or in the end, when the good guy kills the bad robot queen, it put you right in the middle, where everything is lost and mankind is doing everything they can to cling to even one piece of hope. This episode is all about hope where there is none. Numerous survivors risk their entire lives to bring home with them a pack of teddybears. Why? Because that's the little thing left fighting for - hope. Everything else is just lost. That they go these lengths and that they even tried is just a way to say that the robots have overwhelmed and outsmarted mankind. It's over. Only hope hasn't died for these survivors. It's all they have, it's all they can have in a world full of sentient fucking robots butchering people left and right. This is just a small robot, too, imagine the real ones out there who actually has made a difference. These dog robots are minor hunters, yet they still pwn the shit out of the living. Simply amazing. That you aren't grasping that it is just a new perspective in a new angle of a dystopean, classical theme, is just strange. How hard is it? Mankind loses in this episode. Good.

Shit pasta.

It was about how fucking bad English people are with radio discipline.

BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA

Roger that.

>Numerous survivors risk their entire lives to bring home with them a pack of teddybears
what complete retards. terrible writing

Are you dumb or are you just trying? I literally just wrote that, right now. Can you defend yourself in this or are you just going to let my words educate you? Nothing to say at all but "shit pasta"?

so is this show really that bad or what? i was about to start watching it

The world is dying folks! Let's have rational decisions and think clearly. Our president is dead. The police are dead. The cities are burning. There is only your closest now. Crying themselves to sleep knowing there may not be a tommorow. Perhaps if we can give them a teddybear, my one son back home will feel a little bit at ease in this dark, dying world.

That's bad writing? What?

WUT IF DOG WAS COMPUTER

No it isn't. Have you never seen a Bridge Too Far. He was trying to rip off the Supply Drop scene where a hero runs out of the Para's encircled position to secure a supply drop. He makes it and everyone is cheering and flipping out then a German shoots him in the back and the canister falls open and it was just spare Berets. He died for nothing.

The episode didn't match that at all but i still thought it was good.

to be fair you would probably do the same for Porn or a Pizza and Beer machine.

I'm not going to argue with your shit pasta. It would demean us both.

Yeah that's literally retarded and nobody would do that

Breathe.

I think you are just objectively wrong and have no sense of perspective. That's why there are simpler movies and themes around, like the last jedi or guardians of the galaxy for you to enjoy. You can just turn your brain off.

This photo is like a Renaissance painting

In such a situation, survival would be the number one priority. You wouldn't risk your own and other's life for trinkets.

>when he puts the knife in his foot

I almost plotzed desu

i cant work out if your a complete retard or a massive faggot

Jesus. Truly there's nothing more irritating and annoying than a brainlet that thinks writing paragraphs of vapid tripe that has virtually nothing to do with the actual work, but analyses his own overdeveloped fantasies and feels, loosely based on some of the show's contents, is somehow a worthy and insightful contribution. It's literally just a mediocre monster chase scene. All the world-building is purely your fantasy. Neck yourself.

Automation of weapons, future land mines and such.

Didn't care for the delivery though.

lol kill urself

>stopping for teddy bears when you know there are killer dog robots on the loose

they deserved it
