I'd say it could go blow to blow with a light saber, no issue.

See I think it comes down to how Jack deals with the Force, and I can't see him overcoming it in a one on one fight. Maybe if he gets the jump on Vader (good luck with that) he may be fast enough to deal the killing blow.
