So can we all agree that this was a terrible movie and Marvel needs to stop trying to take over IPs they clearly can't handle

>Iron Man appears in over half the movie
>MJ is ugly as shit
>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone
>Villain's motivation is extremely shallow like all other American 'muh family' characters

>So can we all agree that this was a terrible movie
Well, not me. I quite enjoyed it actually.

I don't agree

So can we all agree OP is a faggot?

was pretty mediocre but is being overrated as fuck by MCU shills

I agree with the last point, but the other 3 didn't really bother me much

It was kinda an Iron Man movie, they overused Iron Man way too much and even RDJ said it.

This, I agree

Are we really arguing with an OP that calls Spider-Man "Spiderman" and clearly didn't watch the movie because he clearly kicks people

No.
Yes.

>So can we all agree that this was a terrible movie

hahahahahahah

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If they wanted to put another hero in it why didn't they just use The Punisher? They have his rights back and he's a character who Peter actually has some relation/history with.

agreed

...

so you havent seen the movie but want to start a thread

I disagree, I enjoyed the part when Spidey drop kicked the guy off the boat, was happy that Tony Stark had less than 16 minutes of screen time and was happy they made sure to keep Spidey's villain grounded. MJ I couldn't care less about. All in all I give it an 8/10, they could have used more Spidey action and less Peter Parker and the final fight needed some work on the visuals, but beyond that I loved it.

Also
>can we all agree
Haha no, where do you think you are?

>16 minutes of screentime
I think you mean an hour and some change

Just like the Joker in suicide squad, right user? Dominated the whole movie, had no time for any of Smith Shots quips, or anything.

How the fuck is talking about Suicidal trash you insecure MCUck?

>Iron Man appears in over half the movie
False, but should be less, I'll go with more Happy instead
>MJ is ugly as shit
She should be like the comic > white redhead
>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone
Not sure if in the bank Scene he punch in the boat scene he kick a couple of times but doesn't need to the action scenes are ok
>Villain's motivation is extremely shallow like all other American 'muh family' characters
I really like the Vulture, the car scene is weak but overall good character well writen

It's a comparison, both Joker and Ironman were plastered all over the poster and trailers for the Homecoming and suicide squad movies, and both were in said movies for less than 16 minutes.

Of course you'd know that if you werent, in all likelihood, a shitposter from Sup Forums. Maybe you should go back.

What makes you think vulture is well written
He's all over the place, he's like half psychopath and half family man.
What is his motivation really? He lives in a mansion so why is he so desperate to steal more shit? He accidently kill one of his henchmen with no second thought, but forgives Peter for fucking him over multiple times despite him knowing about his criminal activities.

>between the Twin Towers

w-what? Is this an official poster?

He never really does anything psychopathic though. When when he accidentally roasts a guy he goes "Oh shit whoops" because he picked up the wrong thing.

>shows no remorse or regret having murdered someone
>drops spiderboy over lake and tries to kill him muiltiple times
>has no qualms stealing and selling dangerous self destructing weapons to randoms
I mean, he's not a mass murderer, but I wouldn't exactly call him sane

That alone makes him a sociopath.

Yes.

Once a day, folks.

I heard it's the best Spidey yet.

>So can we all agree that X
No. No we cannot. The answer to this question will always be no for any given value of X.

It's slightly worse than SM2 at best, but it's leagues better than ASM. Go in expecting a Marvel movie and you won't be disappointed.

Yeah, sure.

Would you really feel all that bad for killing that guy? He just tried to blackmail him, and seemed to be a pretty massive piece of shit all around.

Flash was easily the worst part of the movie

>>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone
>Spide-Man doesn't kick anyone
>doesn't kick anyone
>kick

Nigger his main physical attack was a fucking kick.

I thought it was pretty shit. I was expecting a Ditko adaptation, would have been 10 times better.

>Iron Man appears in over half the movie
No he didnt
>MJ is ugly as shit
No she isn't
>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone
Yes he does
>Villain's motivation is extremely shallow like all other American 'muh family' characters
Its about making money, son

You are one dumb person

Yep. Terribly casted, terribly acted, and is shit on the ENTIRE movie rather than being the popular kid that everyone sides with.

He honestly felt like the BULLIED kid not the bully...

>I was expecting a Ditko adaptation

What part of the trailer led you to believe it was a Ditko adaptation

>Would you really feel all that bad for killing that guy?
user you're possibly a sociopath, or just edgy.

>Iron Man appears in over half the movie
Wrong.
>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone
He mostly sticks to web tricks, but he did kick some guys on the boat.
>Villain's motivation is extremely shallow
That's subjective. I thought it was done well enough.

What an easy movie this was, literally no stakes or danger, bland villain with shit motivation, constant mention of SAME UNIVERSE GUYS, action scenes were boring, cringy dialogue, shit score and no interesting character in this flick.
At one point that nigress MJ says something like: why should I celebrate a statue build by slaves? or something like that, jesus christ. I'm gonna rewatch Spider-man 1 and 2 to wash away the taste of blandness

So can we all agree that this was a terrible post and OP needs to stop trying to suck cocks they clearly can't handle

>Iron Man appears in over half the movie
>No he didnt
Yes he did
>MJ is ugly as shit
>No she isn't
Matter of opinion, so I guess.
>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone
>Yes he does
No he doesn't, he only uses webs because he's too chicken to punch.
>Villain's motivation is extremely shallow like all other American 'muh family' characters
>Its about making money, son
It's about his family. That's what it's all about.

at least try newfag

I didn't watch the trailers.

All I'm saying is this is not a guy that he liked, who just betrayed his trust and threatened to ruin his life. I don't think it's necessarily means he's a lunatic just because he didn't have a immediate, strong, apparent emotional reaction to accidentally frying the guy, especially when he seems like a rather taciturn individual.

I'm not saying he's a good person, but that scene doesn't necessarily speak to his mental health.

Really? I usually don't watch MCU trailers until I see them in movies, but I'm kinda surprised if you didn't see even one for this

I think it might be so Liz Allen could actually get through a good college. Not to mention he's probably got some greed too. He's a full family man

20 minutes of a 2+ hour movie doesn't equal half. Can you into math?

I don't watch tv and I have adblock on my computer. I can avoid anything I want

I don't know, just seems like shit writing to me

Definitely

Do you not go to the theaters for anything other than superhero movies?

I can agree that Tom Holland is my favorite Spidey and that I liked Iron Dad WAY more than I thought I would, and also that you're a fun hating faggot with a shit opinion.

I wanted to see Mummy and the new Alien movie.

But my dumbfuck friends were apparently above watching a bad movie and apparently never saw any Alien movie, so we ended up doing a marathon instead.

He's shit on the entire movie because the movie only really follows Peter and his gay little club.

He's apparently popular enough to be the DJ at Liz's party and able to force unfunny nicknames.

>Liz Allen
It's Liz Toomes.

Nice bait m8, iron had 5 minutes of screen time

I enjoyed the movie. I enjoyed it very much. You can disagree if you want and then get the fuck out.

YEP

Iron Man has ten minutes of screentime you faggot

...

They made MJ a nigger right?

Not watching.

>ten
Try 45 minutes. Don't forget his wise words during the big climax.

I hated the movie. I hated it very much. You can disagree if you want and then get the fuck out.

Nah it was pretty great
Beats the hell out of most Spiderman movies. Would need to rewatch Raimi 1&2 to say if it hest of them all.

Written with marvel. Casting is Sonys fault.

>villain isn't actually a bad guy
I got sick of this retarded shit in every mcu flick

I can absolutely agree on this. OP is a raging fag-tard

I don't know, Ronan and Ego were pretty clearly awful people. Pierce was bad too, as was Red Skull.

...

...

What's the timeline like now? Because that "8 years later" threw me the fuck off.

Her name isn't Mary Jane, it's Michelle Jackson.

Everything still happens in release order, we're just slightly in the future instead of "present day"

...

>release order
GOTG2 takes place just a few months after the first movie.

Yeah but it also doesn't matter since the Guardians haven't left their own side of the universe yet.

This is just a fucking Audi commercial

>shows Audi smart ai drive (something that is absolutely worthless in a world with literal sentient AI)
>Guy says "impressive!"

SM 2 > SM 1 > SM 3 = SM: HC > ASM 1 > ASM 2

SM2 > SM:H = SM1 > ASM > SM3 > ASM 2

No matter what your opinion on anything is, OP is always a faggot.

Sm2>sm1>asm1>sm3>baka>asm2

This is right.

Seems likely.

>45
You didn't even watch the movie if you think that's true. nigger.

>Iron man appears in over half the movie
Why'd you make this thread if you didn't even watch it?

official rank

almost everyone who calls it Iron Man 4 hasn't watched the movie

>Marvel taking over IPs
>Spider-Man isn't originally a Marvel character before the movie rights were sold

Quality OP.

>Casting is Sonys fault.
>A Disney Channel starlet being shilled as the MCU MJ
>Sony's Fault

Yee

>Iron Man appears in over half the movie
Not in half of the movie, but there is plenty of references, plus he appears in the most important points, making the story also about him.
>MJ is ugly as shit
She is not ugly, but they made her so fucking annoying with all the "muh personality" bullshit and she had zero relevance for the plot.
>Spiderman doesn't punch or kick anyone.
He does kick, dont have any complaints.
>Villain's motivation is extremely shallow like all other American 'muh family' characters.
More than the villains motivation i think the plot service of him being Liz father and coincidentaly meeting spiderman as peter and figuring it out is so much that i honestly felt like getting up the movie theater and leaving.

>n-no, but...
lol

It's Liz *

No, it's still better than any of the Fox Spider-man movies from 3 on.

I really don't like this version of Spider-Man. Way too many characters got fucked over.

Yes

I just watched the film, it was great, better than the Garfield ones

My favorite Spider-Man movie by far. High school life wasn't just a set piece it was a part of the character and played a big role. All the gadgets were good. The fat fuck I didn't think I was gonna like was hilarious, "Uhhh... Porn."
Also, my favorite part was that the story centered around Peter Parker, not "MJ/ Gwen Stacy I love you but being Spider-Man and loving is hard" yeah there was a little of that but it wasnt the major plot point like in the other spidermans.
