Gayer than you'd expect a show about a cowboy and his muscle horse to be.

>gayer
>than he-man

Whoah whoah whoah, now at NO POINT did I say it was gayer than He-man. I'd say on the gay scale it's above GI Joe but lower than Cow Boys of Moo Mesa

Like them both but to be honest lonestar is more bar hopping gay while he man is r ich daddies boy California gay.

Cool concept.
Lame execution.

Cool setting, memorable characters, also the idea of a cyborg horse that can stand in two legs and has a shootgun is the kind of awesome that only the cocaine filled 80s could create.

I want to suck off the horse.

Had some memorable moments, but the execution was a bit more lackluster than hoped. I did enjoy however for what it was worth about the Cowboy/Horse scenario.

I liked the stuttering robot.

Bravestarr
Bravestarr

In a distant time
And far away place
The planet New Texas floats deep in space.
Sky of three suns
Land of precious ore
The Kerium brought outlaws by the score.

Bravestarr
Bravestarr

Then one day, a lawman came
With powers of hawk, wolf, puma and bear
Protecter of peace, mystic man from afar
Champion of justice, Marshal Bravestarr!

Bravestarr
BRAVESTARR!
Eyes of the hawk, ears of the wolf

Bravestarr
BRAVESTARR!
Strength of the bear, speed of the puma

BRAVESTARR

Had it came out more recently, we would have had a lot of porn of the horse guy fucking every other character.

I remember the episode where someone actually murdered another guy. And the murdered character didn't come back either. For a kids' show at the time, that was some dark shit.

Battlecat was hotter than the muscle horse.

Idk Judge was around enough to not think it that gay.

>Implying Bravestarr wasn't getting a bj from JB every other night

I did like how most of the side characters were actually useful.
Even the comic relief like Fuzz

>Google up a picture of Deputy Fuzz to use
>This comes up
Jesus Christ it's basically like people do super realistic versions of cartoons and they ALWAYS come out creepy.

It was fun until they got rid of tech sex

She-ra exist

That was at the very end anyway, wasn't it?

What happened to this studio? Every single female they made was hot as fuck and every single man was a beefcake. I wish they would still be around.

Who else ships She-Ra with He-Man? I have nothing against Teela, but these two are just perfect together.

Aren't they like ... Twin brother and sister? Or cousins? Or related in some way that makes that super creepy.

Flimation? It was sold to a group of investors and before the transfer was complete the seller closed the studio without giving the employees any warning.

Bravestar was an awesome show, but Charlie Adler's voice for Tex was pure brain poison.

>Twin brother and sister
yup.

Not too unusual for 80's cartoons. Reminder that the Ghostbusters literally went to Hell once.

I loved that they kept bashing Skuzz for smoking all the time. One episode even mentioned that it was banned on Earth and most civilized planets due to the health hazard.

The REAL Ghostbusters, not the Filmation Ghostbusters.

they are siblings but where separated at birth. They only meet each others until they where adutls.

Loved those drug awareness episodes were a kid always fucking dies. Iirc Bravestar'sdrug episode was brutal.

You know that Filmation Ghostbusters was based on a live-action comedy TV series from the early 70s (with Larry Storch, Forrest Tucker, and Bob Burns), thus having the true claim to being the "real" Ghostbusters, right?

Sorry but She-Ra can't compete with Teela. Teela's ass has been a true legend. I can't blame He-Man being crazy about her and "dat ass".

I'm pretty sure Lawstar Chronicles from the webcomic 'Trenches' is a parody of BraveStarr.

>implying twincest doesn't put the win in wincest

Yeah, it's pretty nice, but She-Ra has a great body AND a great personality.

good

She-Ra plays too nice. Teela has an amazing body, but she is also freaking badass.

Bravestarr's movie prequel was fantastic.

bravestarr's one of those things that would actually be real cool with a live adaptation.

sort of. the horse would be dumb as fuck in live action

how so?

Thirty-thirty's a fun character concept wasted no a lame cartoon - and to think the author for Bravestarr apparently developed it around the villain Tex Hex instead...
