It was set in the same world as HA, but had none of the characters from the show. It was about a pet rat who gets amnesia and is saved by some pigeons. He's so taken by them that he wants to fly, too. He's taken in by their owner, a little boy. His original owner was a little girl who is still looking for him. That's all I remember about it
