Time for a storytime

Time for a storytime
Motor Girl
>War veteran Samantha's quiet life in the Nevada desert is turned upside down when a UFO crashes into her junkyard. Now with the assistance of her gorilla companion Mike, Sam tries to protect the little visitors from a military contractor.
It's by Terry Moore who did Rachel Rising, Echo, and Strangers in Paradise.

I've read it. It's a really really bad Tank Girl ripoff.

Moore is a genius but this is his inevitable fuck up moment. Still, do the storytime, I wanna compare how bad this is in relation to Echo and SIP.

It is thematically nothing similar to Tank Girl.

I like this book, it's pretty comfy.

Any idea how many issues it's going for?

...

...

...

Hard to say. As many as Terry can get, I would day.

Or it may end prematurely like Rachel Rising did.

...

Rachel Rising was 30 issues I think but he quit because it wasn't selling very much because all his work is self published

Hey we all start somewher-Wait this is his newest?

I don't really know what to think about Moore's work.
On one hand, his writing is pretty good and I like that he draws traditionally instead of digitally, but on the other one his characters tend to be rather cliche and 2-dimensional at most.
Also, I don't like how he writes male characters. Terry seems to write them as either generic stoic or abusive.

Earl was a really well written character in Rachel Rising
