Wreck-it Ralph 2

>d23 exclusive teaser AND clips
No not again. I don't want to wait until June 2018 to see shit people watched 11 months ago.
Anyway, plot
>Sugar Rush breaks, so Ralph and Vanellope go to the Internet
>Char. named "Yesss" from "Buzzaholic", voiced by Empire's Taraji P. Henson

>Yesss
>Not Yasss

>All the famous Disney princesses have speaking roles in this sequence of #RalphBreakstheInternet.
>Merida's accent is so strong no one can understand her.
>"She's from the other studio," says one of the Princesses.

>Ralph and Elsa talk about their similar experiences

>Ralph and Vanellope end up seeing R34 of themselves.

I will applaud the foolish bastard who actually recorded and posts this clip online.

I NEED to see this.

I thought one of the rules of Disney Princesses is that they can never acknowledge each other's presence.

And one of the rules of comics was Bucky and Uncle Ben never get resurrected.

These are vidya versions. Same workaround Disney Infinityhad

sure, because their marketing rulebook effects John Lasseter.

THAT'S LEGENDARY!

...

I have more faith in this than the Emoji Movie

I just wonder about the other Sugar rushians. Will they die? or will they make it out of the game?

I'm almost certain that was just somebody making up bullshit. I've seen the same images of the princesses on loads of different merchandise but with the princesses shifted around. They don't look at each other because they were drawn individually instead of as a crowd

Where the video games?

>Ralph finds "Sup Forums"
>hilarity ensues

If doomslayer doesn't make an appearance then Pixar is dead to me

>even less videogames than the original
>aknowledging Buzzfeed in any way

I can already smell the stink of this pile of shit.
Of course Sup Forumsmblr is all over it.

ok but is lubhub an honest to god reference to pornhub or is it something else im missing

Wonder what the B-Plot is?

The Sugar Rushians dealing with the loss of their home? A Rancis and Gloyd adventure?

GitHub?

>Merida's accent is so strong no one can understand
>"She's from the other studio"

>GitHub
That'd make more sense to be referenced I guess
but I don't see the average yolk talking about code

To be fair, the logo also looks more like Pornhub.

Nah, that's closer to the logo for Slutload.

Ughh, Emoji Movie hasnt come out and it already has ripp-offs?

THAT'S WHAT WE DO BEST AT N.M.E.

This was announced before the Emoji Movie.

They were most likely workimg on this movie before the Emoji Movie

>OhMyDisney is a thing in the Disney Universe
>Stan is an avatar for the users
>The Room the Princesses go into gets guarded by fucking Stormtroopers.

Holy Kek.

>Wonder what the B-Plot is?
>The Sugar Rushians dealing with the loss of their home? A Rancis and Gloyd adventure?
Or the idea of arcade games being preserved on the internet, to be played everywhere long after all the cabinets are gone.

>>OhMyDisney is a thing in the Disney Universe
>>Stan is an avatar for the users
>>The Room the Princesses go into gets guarded by fucking Stormtroopers.
>Holy Kek.
The line between a videogame character and a film character had always been blurry. Obviously most videogames based on films suck, and most films based on videogames suck. But that doesn't change the fact that the crossover had been around for a long time.

This is turning out way better than it deserves to be

I'm assuming they got into the internet via Wreck-it Ralph having a mobile port

Pixar isn't making it though.....

>has even less focus on existing game characters than the first movie

Why must this movie sound so tacky?

So no Mario this time around either?

On one hand I'm slightly heartbroken that the number of possible video game character cameos and IPs is going to be deluded down in favor of other forms of straight up Disney media.

On the other, the possibilities presented by this (Roger Rabbit popping up with a 'we-did-it-first' bit) might be even better if they're clever about it. Can't for the life of me think of more than a few though.

And indirectly be a free advertisement for Universal Studios's Mario Land? Of course not.

>Roger Rabbit popping up with a 'we-did-it-first' bit
that kind of humor isn't funny, ever

YOU BETTER GET IT WITH A MONEY BACK GUARANTEEAAYY

>Tumblr-inspired
Oh god

Is Ralph going to stop by Sup Forums

>Tumblr-inspired, internet-savvy character named Yesss
What the fuck. I'm going to bet that this will be the worst, annoying character of the movie. Hopefully she'll be just a minor character.

I bet there will be a dark black door and they get warn not to go there, and ralph peeks in and gets horrified and quickly shuts the door. audience won't see what's in it but you get implication what's in it.

Keep an eye out for clover leaf imagery.

Did Disney read the fancomic pocket princess

Or the villain.

slashfilm.com/wreck-it-ralph-2-brings-disney-princesses-together-with-marvel-star-wars-d23-expo-2017/

>>Star Wars and the Avengers show up

This is sounding like Disney jerking itself off.

The artist for that webcomic, Pocket princess, does official work for Disney. She works on the Joe Comics Disney Princess Comic line.

Yeah, I have gut feeling they are. Ever since they acquired Marvel and Star Wars properties, they been doing this shit so much ever since.

Hell, it seems entire D23 expo currently is huge jerk off. Like those Disney Legends panel.

so we Kingdom Hears now?

>turns out Yass is just some shitposter pretending to be (insert Tumblr parody name here) and the actual villain

I WANT THIS SO MUCH

>Xenahort or BBE is proving to be too hard even with the greatest keyblade.
>Ralph pummels him with his fists and its gg.

There will be memes and you know it, it's going to be fucking terrible.

People thought Wreck-It Ralph was gonna be a garbage fire until it turned out to be one of the greatest Disney films ever made.

I have faith in the producers and I'm sure they're going to go back to the whole video game thing plenty of times. I can see them doing some Overwatch and Worms cameos happening since they're traveling through the internet and all.

As if I couldn't get more excited. This honestly sounds amazing.

They need to make some kind of Kingdom Hearts reference in this movie. Sora made a cameo in the first movie so we need a scene with Axel giving Ralph directions or something.

>"fandom"
jesus

She joins them on the quest as a guide, she's a main.

Becuase fucking god damn

Grubhub

Admitting the Doomslayer exist is admitting all the glorious violence that go along with him exists.

Original Doomguy petting his rabbit perhaps, but the Doomslayer would be impossible.

What the shit does Tumblr-inspired imply? "amazing artists that draw fanart"? "obsess over cartoon lore and strong independent women in said cartoons"??

Is it just meaning "a girl that represents fandoms"? Because I can't think of a single thing I hate more than that shit, I can't no matter how hard I try.

And obviously Sup Forums is gonna bitch now, but when her design is released she's gonna be channel tan tier and Sup Forums's waifufags will wet themselves and defend the movie for her sake and say, quote, "it's not that bad, and it gave a sweet new qt, soooo". It already happened to the Emoji movie.

tumblr inspired my fucking prostate exam tomorrow

at this point there' no difference, their movies are all same.

Well there's this clip

youtube.com/watch?v=9yf_lf4C9mo&feature=youtu.be

I guess they didn't get their progressive pandering out with the strong independent woman from the first movie.

Can't wait for more Vanellope r34.

Reddit Ralph

I really hope that this movie acknowledges cheap mobile game knock-offs, since they're exploring the internet. Imagine Ralph meeting his doppelgangers with names like Break-It-Bill and Smash-It-Steve.

>lubhub
What could that possibly be?

They usually keep the character names but change their colors

maybe something like Ralph's Temple Run, or Ralph Game 2 made in Taiwan

I was there at the presentation, Yesss honestly wasn't that bad at all.

No, it's a real policy, or at least it was. If you look up the Disney Princess line on Wikipedia, you can see the exec who made the order.

...

That's hard to believe man, I had a massive cringe spasm with just reading the info about that thing.

>Getting upset at what will probably be a villain

Who cares if she's good or bad? Literally no one said "ugh, making tumblr the hero", it's just that the characterization sounds like a massive turnoff

They realized there's gold in the crossover mines.

well the Lego movie proved that. Any chance of Zootopia characters coming back and doing stuff? its the internet, maybe someone created Wild Times on there. I'd watch a movie just to see more Nick Wild

>polygon

>tumblr-inspired character
>voiced by a woman
>voiced by a black woman

be careful Sup Forums the movies not over yet. They might be watching Sup Forums to see how we react and then decide to put that into the movie

That makes it 10 times worse!

Tumblr is going to be the enemy of this movie? Does Ralph enlist the equivalent of Sup Forums, Trolls, to destroy her?

she will be a meme that went viral that nobody cares about anymore

you just made me realize they're going to give her a sad backstory

fuck this movie

Ralph also breaks Tracers temporal device.

What does Yesss design even looks like?

Wait they resurected uncle ben?

I'm upset, not because this seems bad, but because this isn't what I wanted to see in WiR2.

It's like, during the post-production of WiR or pre-production of this, someone really wanted to make a movie mixing-and-matching characters Disney had the rights too; just like the original concept of Disney Infinity. Lasseter found out about this base idea and fell in love, and since he has total control, he finally got them to destroy the idea of Disney Characters interacting with each other. Of course, what movie had to do with unfamiliar characters interacting? Why WiR of course! And we can make it a giant commercial!

You know what would have been a cooler idea? And could have even been a series, if they were ambitious enough? Have the story be about some Chronicler (Maybe Yensid?) with a huge collection of books from throughout history, obviously Disney being the key theme. Then, maybe he gets bored seeing the same characters in the same situations after each read, so instead he begins to cut and paste the books together - Then you have new stories with the same characters, in new lights.

For example, Aladdin was a fisherman, in love with the Sultan's daughter. One day, his ship crashes and he is saved by a Mermaid, Ariel, and they become friends, both being outcasts. Ariel tries to coach Aladdin to pretend being a prince since she's royalty of the sea and Aladdin tells Ariel of the human world. Then, Doctor Facilier watches the two interact, and devises a plan to screw them both over and take over the land and sea by promising them both their dream for something in return.

How about Priestest Gothel kidnapping Quasimodo for his magical abilities and locking him away in the Church tower. She convinces him that his powers are a bad thing, and she is keeping him locked away for everyone else's protection. He learns to harness his powers and brings appliances around him to life, and he meets a French girl who teaches him about inner beauty.

And that's just the start.

It’s the future, and a young Lewis Robinson runs away and joins a crew of pirates, featuring many Robots and Aliens, including Stitch. They’re looking for Treasure Island, and after discovering a map they begin a course but once their ship is intercepted by Peter Pan. They assume it’s some new tech and want it for themselves but obviously, Peter will have none of that. Ultimately, Wilbur and Peter become friends and Wilbur realizes the future isn’t as bleak as the pirates made it out to be; and with time he can make the future better.

Pinocchio now has Toy Story rules, where toys are not meant to be seen living by people, otherwise an evil witch will take them away never to be seen again. This does Pinocchio no good because he wants nothing more than to be a real boy, so he goes on a quest to find a Fairy and try and make his wish come true; along the way he meets a Cowboy doll that seems a little too chummy and who secretly plans to trick Pinocchio into becoming real in front of people, so he can return to Pinocchio’s former home and become Pinocchio’s owner’s new favorite toy.

After seeing him mistreat some animals, Kuzco is transformed into a llama by a Sorceress and has to prove he now understand what it’s like to be part of the Animal Kingdom. Of course, the next heir to the thrown has hired a hitman to hunt him down and the leader of an animal tribe wants to taste this new exotic meat. After an accidental musical number, Baloo, Kuzco, and Louis the alligator all realize their talents and try to help one another out with their own problems; ultimately leading to trouble when Kuzco promises Louis he can become a human too and Baloo just wants to keep their new band together.

I'd imagine they would make one or two references to online and PC games. Most likely stuff like Overwatch and Five Nights at Freddy's, maybe a World of Warcraft joke if we're lucky.

>Ralph and Vanellope go into FNAF world
>They listen to the phone guy with Scott reprising his role
>Ralph basically says "fuck it" half way through and just starts smashing the animatronics to bits

Mulan is a new cadet at Star Command, but because she’s still a novice (and a girl) nobody will send her on a serious mission. She decides that’s not fair and after a misunderstanding and coaxing by a talking Raccoon Janitor, ends up taking the identity of a senior ranger on a dangerous mission with Buzz Lightyear and his crew (which includes ‘Space’ Chicken Little); taking down a powerful Force-Wielding dictator who has been ravaging the local land. Eventually, during battle she is found out and while Buzz is impressed, but because it’s his duty, he has to dishonorable discharge her and they leave her on a local planet away from harm for the duration of the mission. She comes across a Psychic fortune teller, who tells her of Star Command’s probable defeat, and after some training and acquiring some equipment, including a Light Saber, she joins in the fight to defeat them.

And these are obviously fanfic tier concepts at the service, but I much rather watch any of these than WiR2 from we've seen so far. Like I said, it's not even bad in concept.I wouldn't mind to see characters interact in such a way. I just didn't want WiR2 to be this.

>>Ralph basically says "fuck it"
why do you talk like this

and why do you care about five nights

I hope we'll see Moris too :^)

youtube.com/watch?v=tqlaPttudUc

I'm just saying it's a possibility considering it's popularity.

>Ralph basically says "fuck it"
And that was me trying to be comedic, not my strong suit I know.
