I could see Gargoyles getting a remake. With Ducktales and Rescue Rangers getting new projects, and people being optimistic for other Dsney afternoon reboots, I think they'd give it a try.
It probably wouldn't be nearly as good, with a lighter tone and simpler artstyle, but they'd give it a try, I think.
And a part of me believes that Samurai Pizza Cats could be ripe for a reboot. It's probably not very likely, but I think out of the ones you listed, it would stand the best chance, but that could be just wishful thinking on my part.

I remember there was a show some years back that reused some of the vehicle/toy designs but I forget the name.
Probably as close to a reboot as you can hope for, since execs think kids only want kid characters in their shows.

Let's Ducktales is a success, and then Tailspin, they'd prob bring back Darkwing Duck, if things continued, Gargoyles would undoubtedly get their turn unless Disney hit a colossal flop before getting to them

Transformers Prime was supposed to kickstart some kind of Hasbro shared universe between different properties: MASK, Micronauts, Inhumanoids and some other but the plans fell through.

Well they are starting their own streaming service,so this will no doubt have a shit ton of shows on it and I don't think it will just be marvel stuff they do. So let's hope they ether rerun the old stuff or start the Netflix style reboots.
