While it is true that Russia sponsors many far-right (and far-left - which most of media don't talk about) political movements in Europe (in Hungary it's Jobbik and some smaller parties), I seriously doubt that they planned for this. Extreme political parties simply atract people with psychological issues. And there's very little to suggest that Putin would be interested in destabilizing Hungary. At least at the moment.
