The Fox one was much better than kickass. Seems like a decent trade to keep scarlet witch and give quicksilver to them.

kickass was hotter

Kickass' friend was a better Pietro, though.

Not really. Can't wait to see ANOTHER slo mo sequence set to a song. At least the MCU version wasnt as broken

...

>Can't wait to see ANOTHER slo mo sequence set to a song
Me neither, those were dope af. Miles better than Kickass with an accent.

Didn't have Pietro's personality

He was basically an ADHD headcase. More like Tommy Shepherd than Pietro

I didn't see that coming

Neither did the Marvel one, for that matter.

>gif crops out his delicious ass

the fuck is this gay shit

There wasn't really any ONE moment. I just sort of got overwhelmed and bored of it all. Super hero movies just became too common. They didn't feel special anymore. It was just Super hero or Nerd Movie: ANOTHER ONE.

Then post the one with the ass

You dumb fag

Iron Man 2

I stopped being interested in the superhero genera years ago. I'm just sick of "Cinematic Universes" as a whole now. I want to watch one movie and be done with it, not watch a series of several movies, just to see how it all ends.

Age of Ultron being meh as a superhero film has really lowered my standards for the MCU. Civil War for example if I had to score it, was a 7/10 for me. GOTG2 was an 8/10 for me. Still haven't seen Strange yet.

...

Shit taste. I closed gotg2 after groot dancing. Civil war was pretty great.

both Pietros were terrible

Combine Fox's erratic ADHD behavior with MCU's smug cockiness and I think you'd have a pretty solid Quicksilver.

Quicksilver the "Johnny Storm" archetype of the Avengers?

...

No, Johnny is lighthearted and p. chill. Pietro is a sourpuss.

But that movie is great.

>I am Iron Man
Lost me there

It had less plot than Thor 2.

Meh, he was shit. They were right to kill him.

It was Iron Man 3 for me. I remained optimistic after 2 but then 3 came and I knew it was over. Avengers 2 solidified it for me.

Disney one was at least like 10% like the comics instead of 0%.

Strange was pretty decent actually.

Why

That was literally the worst part of the movie. The rest was pretty good

Here.

...

I stopped caring at gotg1. Not my Starlord.

I liked the body guard angle from the comics

defeating Loki in a slapstick comedy scene should have been the first sign but noooo everyone loooved the avengers

>everyone tells me the first half is boring but the second half saves it
and that's when I realized how bad everyone's taste was

Avengers 1 solidified it for me. I don't understand how anyone thinks that's a good movie.

...

Disney was more faithful. great, The other was still better.
Faithful =/= Good. Quicksilver isn't a good character.

was it?

the second half is just alien cgi porn

...

The airport scuffle

Fox had no idea what to do with their Quicksilver, except that one slow motion scene everytime.
Slavsilver was more natural in the story and more likeable. Foxsilver was shit.

Quickslav is not too OP

...

Airport scene was great for Lang's shenanigans if nothing else

This
The hawkdaddy thing too wtf
Manchild dad pandering
Not even with Mockingbird

That's precisely why I hate Whedon's villains so much.

kek

>ITT: We post the moment you drop the MCU like a hot potato

I'm pretty confident quicksilver is still alive. They made a point of saying that he has a fast metabolism, which also means he can heal more effectively.

Dude is either in a coma or hidden away.

was the man always shit

I honestly didn't expect to like that scene in apocalypse, but I actually really did.

I think it's because of how completely unexpected it was, and how totally different it is from the first movie. It wasn't quicksilver btfo some goons once again, it was this underachieving slacker showing up right at the nick of time to save the day with humor and fun, and the accident he was saving the X-Men from was itself unexpected. Everyone already knows from the outset that the X-Men are going to survive, and everyone knows it will be due to some mutants' powers, but I don't think anyone saw that coming.

X-Men apocalypse is probably my favorite x movie, after the first one. I have no idea why co has such a hate boner against it.

have you seen mockingbird in agents of shield? her on and off again husband is pretty much hawkeye but Irish (i think irish he had an accent). it's weird to because she has an avengers type costume and no one else did except eventually sky/daisy/quake. also she was in concept art for civil war and they replaced her with Sharon Carter and then took her out completely of the final posters.

i hope they bring him back in infinity war, like his sister resets something with the reality gen and he's brought back at the end. he was great and i liked how much he annoyed hawkeye.

>hawkdaddy

youhave some issues......

Hm... can't find any moments.

Guess I'm still watching then.

I just ignore that Marvel does TV shit.

maybe thats how SW going to fucked up, by using the reality gem to bring him back.

This was a hot mess
What a terrible idea

Lost my interest after Age of Ultron, but then Civil War came along and I quite enjoyed it.

The lost my interest again after GotG vol. 2, but I'm kind of excited for Thor: Ragnarok because of the director. I guess it's gonna be like this forever, the MCU is a hit or miss thing for me.

This whole movie
>Ultron without Pym
Everyone talk how MCU costume are more comic accurate
>Cop out on Scarlet Witch costume because muh feminism
Captain America motivation made no sense from this movie onward.

₹0.10 ruppe have been deposited into your Mousebucks account

Thing is the MCU could have kept both

Whedon filmed an alternate ending where he survived but he wanted to kill someone

>liking something I don't like makes you Reddit!
Fuck off, Guardians 2 was at worst an okay sequel.

I still haven't dropped it, but this was the moment that the rose-tinted spectacles broke.

Doctor Strange was a really great movies stilted by MCU standardization. The jokes unsubtly inserted that grind action and drama scenes to a halt and cheapen the whole mood, all while being delivered by the definition of a meme actor. Then there's the surrealistic landscapes rendered bland and lifeless by focus tested colour correction and rendering. I liked a lot about the movie, but the sting is that the things I hate are things that should be great but have been compromised to make it fit into an MCU mould.

haven't dropped it yet, and if Ultron, Antman, CW, and Dr. Strange haven't made me drop it nothing will.
at least the films are getting better, GotG2 was decent and Homecoming was ok. Hopefully Ragnarok will be good so Thor will at least have one good movie.

Yet GotG2, despite all its childish humour, dropped the jokes and stayed in a sombre tone for the remainder of the film after Yondu died.

Peter's eulogy was cringeworthy, though. GOTG had the same problem, IMO, because the whole signature of that franchise is "look how weird we are", but the more outlandish elements of the comics are shaved off to make the whole thing more consumable, like Ego is a planet, but never goes full massive talking planet.

Sure.
I'm sure you walked out of Ultron all by yourself you Just big boy (you)

Doctor Strange was pointless and a waste just like ant man
And the movie was hot garbage

>mousebucks
Even when Sup Forums tries to attack other people you all still sound like manchildren.

Around Dr. Strange was when I was just got bored with the whole thing. I didn't hate it, it and Homecoming were just painfully average. Liked Guardians 2 though.

Don't say I didn't warn you, Sup Forums.

>But that movie is great

Convincing argument. But no.

Fox Quicksilver was bullshit broken stuff It's worse than The Flash cause he can do anything literally

Iron Man 3 and Thor 2. Only saw Winter Soldier and GOTG1 after.

Iron Man 2

I agree, this movie (in my opinion) is just a mess of film and ranks among the MCU's worst. Doctor Strange was mediocre but this was almost bad

I never understood the love for Avengers. I mean, I get that everyone likes all these characters coming to together and as a payoff it's decent but I don't think it's more than an average action/superhero film

Dropped it at the snap-zoom shot of the transport truck flying, glad to see it achieve meme status
youtube.com/watch?v=MO_1sOzF_M4

It had some good elements like Yondu and Ego, but so much of it was painful. The Baby Groot scenes were obnoxious to the nth degree, Peter's character went from having nostalgia to being a walking 80s reference, and the humor felt far more forced.

>Disney one was at least like 10%

not Magento's son in the MCU.
What did he got instead? More Tony Stark related shit

Thor 1 is when I realized the MCU was just going to be rehashed garbage

When they announced Ultron as the next villain, saw the trailer, and I saw the design. Didn't ever bother to watch it or anything after.

>it ain't me starts playing
