Should prostitution be legal in the states? Why not regulate and tax it? What are the arguments?

how the fuck can you tax it?

>flag

it will never happen in my lifetime. Russians are much better and cheaper

When your daughter comes to you telling you that she can make a lot of money through prostitution and she wants to try it.... you have to explain to her why it should be legal but why she shouldn't do it.

HEY LOOK! IT'S THE DAILY,"SHOULD PROSTITUTION BE LEGAL?" THREAD

FUCK OFF FAGGOT WITH YOUR DEGENERCY

Legalize it and heavily regulate it. only allow it in designated establishments that get routine inspections, must supply medical and the workers must undergo strict health checkups.

No, it is degenerate and hard to tax. Now if would prosecute some kid for getting his dick sucked by a hot stripper for cash is not likely. Stripping would have to be outlawed as well to really make change. Which actually might it be too bad because money money spent in strip clubs is nigger drug money and welfare.

What about porn?

>should the government have the right to tell you what to do with your body
that's a better question

What is wrong with this picture?

If it's a brothel, you tax them the same way you'd tax any other business and employee. If it's an individual, have them pay a monthly sex work license. Auditing should be mandatory in this for them and deny them access to a lot of public services if they refuse to do so.

Shes not naked and sitting on my face.

herpes and hpv for everyone.
don't think a condom will protect you from that shit.

Hookers are a meme and quite boring anyways, tried it a few times and every time i come out preferring my right hand.

Fucking a hooker is nothing like fucking some normal girl who is horny for your dick.

virgingfags won't find their salvation in a prostitute unless you are a gullible autist of course

its blurred for some reason

Only an asshole cucklectivist would want the state to have any say in what an adult does with their body. Honestly, why are one night stands legal, but are banned if money is involved? Why is sex the only thing that is perfectly legal to give away, but illegal to sell?
(along with your organs, which is also retarded)

its fine my side, did you refresh the image?

It already is, really. "Escorts" figured it out decades ago.

Why did you post such a pixelated version?

holy fuck thats my girlfriend

But, that's my girlfriend. What the fuck?

Maybe I can be both your girlfriends.

Legal here, it makes no difference to anyone's life unless they actually go out looking for a hooker, imo it's a waste of money to enforce laws on this because 'muh degeneracy,' it's pretty harmless.

>Should prostitution be legal in the states?

Prostitution should be legal everywhere.

Porn must be punishable by law.

>that she can make a lot of money through prostitution and she wants to try it
She's free to run off and do so, but I'd hope from the way I raised her that she'd realize doing so is a fucking mistake. Her father isn't a failure of a man who had to reduce himself to trash to get success, there is nothing forcing her to do so either.

Also, I hope you understand that regardless of if it is legalized, it isn't hard for a girl to become a prostitute. What's hard when it is illegal is not getting caught by the law, and trying not to end up swindled and beaten.

If I fucked up bad enough as a parent that she feels prostitution is her best option, I'd at least want her to be in a safe environment where the law ensured some kind of health and safety standards as well as a guarantee of fair pay for her work.

No reasoned parent wants their kids to become sex objects anymore than they want their kids to end up abusing drugs, but they have to accept the fact that both are a reality that could happen even under stricter laws than we have now. If such a reality happens, is it not better your children be living under a system that isn't going to ineffectively punish them and make their situation worse than it already was?
