It doesn't matter at this point what they have. Even if the FBI had incriminating evidence revealed, the gears of justice are far too slow to bring anything to trial before the election.
What matters is that Clinton is having a public scandal right before the election. She expended the whole Trump sexual harassment thing too early, and won't be able to shift negative media attention back to Trump before the votes are cast.
