Probably stuff from the 60s and 70s that's borderline unwatchable.Completely boring, stiff animation where nothing ever happens and no jokes are ever told.

problem solverz
or wait you wanted me to say something popular to piss of its fans, right?
then, uh, Simpsons I guess

Pic related i guess

>Excluding the horse one?
Bojack?

Problem Solverz

He is talking about the pastel horse show

No, the little female horses we can't talk about...

>ever
Would need to do some research on that. Probably either one of the most forgettable of HB's carbon copy cash ins, a zero budget Soviet nonsense piece, or the wacky world of tex avery.

This is of course assuming we ignore things like low tier made for local tv puppet shows from south America and shit like that.

Fern Gully 2?

I think anything worse than that I have deeply buried.

Fucking Sup Forumsnts failing to understand a joke, as always. .

I wanted to say Buddy G but damnit that was never on television.

Sup Forums has comprehensively answered this question before

Clutch Cargo

Kind of arbitrary. Alfred Hedgehog wasn't bad and actually had regular threads on Sup Forums when it was airing.

jesus christ this is just a great big catalog of repressed childhood trauma.

I thought Sup Forums was okay with Total Drama. The first season, at least.

There is some fairly clear padding in there, yes.

>Excluding the horse one?

Have you ever actually watched the show?
Just because a bunch of grown ass men obsess over pastel colored ponies, that doesn't mean the show is a poorly executed piece of shit. It means that those men are adult children.
It's perfectly acceptable for it's target demographic. My little sister watches it all the time, and it's far from the worst thing she puts on the T.V.

There is much worse shit out there. Half of it has aired on Adult Swim.

Nope. Absolute trash all the through. There are some strange people who pretend it's any good because they jerk off to it.

The worst part about Problem Solverz was that it was made by paper rad, who I used to love

Oh I've watched it, alright, that's why I put it there.

But I must say, I've gotten shit for liking My Life Me, so I know what you're going through.

...

Did people really find Battle Force 5 offensive? The cgi was good and the car designs were cool.

>Gene Deitchh Tom & Jerry
I'm not entirely clear on the distinctions between one Tom & Jerry and another, aside from the new shit and the ones where Tom is subject to the discipline of a large, sassy black lady, but I don't think any of the old Tom & Jerry belongs on that list.

>Kappa Mikey
DISCARDED

Allen Gregory would make for a strong contender. Seriously, who the fuck was this show for? What the fuck was the audience that would tune in for this shit week after week?

I liked Fantastic Max.

I randomly get the theme song stuck in my head

I didn't really mind it. It wasn't something I'd go "fuck yeah" over but it did have some clever storylines in there.

If you throw in Allen Gregory, you need to throw in Kid Notorious. Two shows from the same cloth.

I had no real issue with three friends and jerry but I can see how it was a low quality show

I liked it.

Mr. Pickles
12 oz mouse

>Mr. Pickles
Confirmed pleb
youtube.com/watch?v=lDkNDeKuHgM

Why?
I mean that sincerely. What could you possibly like about it?

Super Babies.

I mean...
I'm a huge faggot, if that helps?

Perfect Hair Forever
It seemed like a pseudo-parody, but it just did nothing and somehow managed to do it poorly. I can't even get into it when I'm stoned.

These are all good contenders
Also, basically any old celebrity cash in cartoon, just take your pick

I only watched two episodes of Mr. Pickles and stopped when I came to the conclusion that the show had nothing to offer but the limp dick of shock humor. Was I wrong?

I liked 12 Oz. Mouse

probably some obscure unwatchable garbage like mega babies but i'm sure we'll get hordes of retards in this thread saying that it's whatever popular cartoon that they don't like

HAVING FUN WITH TWO MOMMIES
OH YEAH

kappa mikey is kino this is bullshit

>HAVING FUN WITH TWO MOMMIES
>that smug pause after that line

...I liked Fantastic Max when I was a little kid. I don't remember a damn thing that happened but I remember watching it every night before I went to bed.

what the fuck is rugrats pre-school daze? I didn't even know that existed. Also, is the problem child cartoon based on the movies? Never knew that shit existed either. Didn't know there was a lassie cartoon either. or a mary kate and ashley. Weird so many of these I haven't heard of before.

The correct answer to OP's question, which doesn't appear on the chart, is the following:

youtu.be/gO_KxGlY62g

>Kappa Mikey on this chart

I will throw hands

That was stupid.

>The Beatles cartoon

The soundtrack was god-tier, you nigger

I really enjoyed it, completely unstoned. But that was back when I was in high school, I kind of wonder if I'd still think it's funny now.

Sit down, shit up
I remember thinking how that garbage got to the airways when I watched the premiere and I was only in middle school when I saw that

If you've watched a fair amount of Tom & Jerry, you can probably pick out the Deitch shorts because they're very different (and lower quality) than the rest of them.

Some copypasta I stole from wikipedia:
>Since the Deitch/Snyder team had seen only a handful of the original Tom and Jerry shorts, and since the team produced their cartoons on a tighter budget of $10,000, the resulting films were considered surrealist in nature, though this was not Deitch's intention. The animation was limited and jerky in movement, compared to the more fluid Hanna-Barbera shorts. Background art was done in a more simplistic, angular, Art Deco-esque style. The soundtracks featured sparse and echoic electronic music, futuristic sound effects, heavy reverb, and dialogue that was mumbled rather than spoken.

this, too many people forget the sheer amount of schlock produced by studios such as hanna-barbera in the 60s and 70s

>Kappa Mikey
Nope, fuck this chart, I don't trust it.

Young Justice

I wasn't there when the chart was made, but I distinctly remember kappa mikey being dull, unfunny and failing to capitalise on the premise of eastern v western animation, or even decent anime parodies. Is it better if you have a deeper understanding of some specific anime?

Clearly he's talking about Chirpy.
Go on.
Look it up.
You know you want to.

Battle Force 5 is a treasure, fuck off

fuck you, Perfect Hair Forever was great. I mean, it wasn't 12 oz. Mouse, but really what is?

Horseland

fuckin' wyatt creed

This or some awful shit from the 80s that sucked so much no one working on it gave half a shit because it was just there to sell toys. There's a lot of bad in the past.

the fact that you think MLP is objectively worse than My Life Me shows your taste are severely lacking. Like no just in terms of production alone MLP is vastly superior.

When does this show get good or funny?

Go ask rick general, this is a thread about arguing which old obscure shows are worse than others.

Seems like there are some fairly clear categories here that result in awful shows.
>old low budget assembly line nonsense
>toy commercials where nobody cared
>celebrity/existing franchise cash-ins
>trying to be weird for the sake of it without any real vision
>[existing franchise] Kids/babies/teens
Of course most of those have exceptions to the rule but overall those seem to the most prone to creating complete garbage.

>Rocket Robin Hood

Fuck right off.

>E-celeb meme driven list

T R A S H

Refute each entry and then compile a better list if you're so superior

You just have shit taste, mate

Fantastic Max and Baby Looney Toons feel like having a 102 degree fever

The contrarian meme needs to end already

Honestly you can't even call that a cartoon. It only exists because a lesbian couple made it to try and help explain to their son what the deal is with TWO MO-MMIES

if you go back to the youtube channel that originally hosted that trailer all the recent uploads are home videos and shit

bu user, this is not nuPPG

>Fatdog Mendoza

I'm going to punch you

Doug

I dont watch it but even I can admit it's not shit. Name one other show with the cult following and it's own board on Sup Forums. There has to be something to it. I know popular=\=good. But it became so fucking big how can people think there is nothing to it? Are they still mad about ponyspam on Sup Forums from 2011?

Problem Solverz gets a lot of heat just because of its (admitedly ugly) drawing style, but it was completely harmless and I guarantee nobody complaining about it bothered to watch it. Typical Sup Forums elitism.

Isn't new MLP the most successful kid's. cartoon aired in a long ass time? Hate the adult fandom as much as you want but as a cartoon for its target demo it's done incredibly fucking well considering nobody expected it to be good based on the history of the brand

>Are they still mad about ponyspam on Sup Forums from 2011?

hyup

/thread

Clutch Cargo, Paddy the Pelican, and Problem Solverz

>Rude Dog and the Dweebs
I kinda want to watch this now.

>Mfw it's been 7 years

This is a problem with a lot of things across eras.

People get rosy for a lot of good things, joke about the laughably bad and forget about the masses of mediocrity. You see the same with animefags talking about a golden age of anime, when most of the output at the time was also trashy morning cartoons. The same applies to cartoons in the 80s and 90s.

Pokémon has its own board for similar reasons to MLP when Pokémon threads got out of control in 2007-9 and forced /vp/'s creation in what, 2010?

Still, people hate it mainly because of the fanbase, so they automatically hate any other associations with it.I've watched a few episodes with my nieces and the cartoon isn't great, but it isn't bad either. It is pretty well animated, at the very least. I don't get the fandom or the extreme hatred for it outside of spamming Sup Forums, but it is what it is. And I've been on Sup Forums long enough to see something like that for everyboard I've visited regularly.

What is funny, is how the irony gets lost on people when shitting on the show. People complain about how their interests, like anime, robots, comics, pornographic visual novels and shitting dick nipple doujiins are marginalised by normal people that don't understand. But then shit on other neckbeards they see as being a rung lower on society's ladder in the exact same way because they like something different. "I'm reading a fan comic about a guy raping children during a radiation scare, but at least I don't like MLP, they're the worst"

yeah, You dont last just abut 7 goddamn years now, a theatrical film being released on the 7th anniversary, and with 7 seasons currently and well over a 100 episodes and an 8th season on the way without some amount of actual quality, to use general internet lingo, "autsim" and "waifus" only get something so far, no matter how many autists there are, its the "normies" that make stuff last generally

My daughter watches horse show, and I've got to say that it's objectively not a bad show, and is in fact far better than it has any right to be. This doesn't mean it's a 10/10 great show, nor does it warrant the sheer level of autism it generates from the likes of Bronys mind you, but compared to the other utter trash my kid watches? It's tolerable.

Rick and Morty? It's fairly amusing. Nothing special. I enjoy it, but not in a "must watch" sort of way. It's fanbase is pretty damn cancerous though, especially when they bang on about how deep and clever it is, even though the point of Pickle Rick was that there's no deeper meaning behind the crazy weird shit. It is what it is. Rick literally says this at the start of the episode.

I've got to say though, who are you trying to impress here, OP? You remind me of edgy teens circa 2005 who had MCRsux as their username, who commented "everyone who downvotes is a Justin Beiber fan xD" or "Still a better love story than Twilight! lol!". Well done for not liking these popular things, but really, no-one gives a shit, and ironically, it's a very "Rick" attitude to have.

Ouch.

It generated a perfect storm of Autism. On the one hand, you have grown ass men obsessing over a show for little girls featuring pastel ponies, on the other, you had Autists who for whatever reason, reacted to seeing any mention of them like a vampire to a fucking cross. That's half the reason it got posted so much, and it's half the reason it got as popular as it did. It was an easy way to get a rise out of spergs. Just post a pony picture with your post and watch them freak the fuck out.

Name me anything else that receives instant post deletion on a board it is most certainly relevant to, just because some of the people on the board reacted to it so autisticly.

Those who watch the show are definitely the bigger autists, but don't pretend the over the top reaction to people watching it was in anyway neurotypical.

>still, people hate it mainly because of the fanbase, so they automatically hate any other associations with it.

I hate the Sonic fandom but I don't post death threats in Sonic book threads. I always wondered what exactly about it makes people blind with rage.

>But then shit on other neckbeards they see as being a rung lower on society's ladder in the exact same way because they like something different.

I guess this is it. They need something to make themselves fell better in the same way I watch my 600lb life to feel better about my own life. I might be a loser but at least I can whip my own ass.

The humor was horrible. The characters were awful. The designs and animation were insulting. I've seen multiple full episodes, and I would've rather been waterboarded.

>Name me anything else that receives instant post deletion on a board it is most certainly relevant to, just because some of the people on the board reacted to it so autisticly.
Naruto, until recently

Furries on /fur/ technically counts

>I always wondered what exactly about it makes people blind with rage.

Young girls like it, ergo any and all reaction to it must be over the top lest the other anons think you're a young girl. This shit comes in trends. See:

My Chemical Romance
Twilight
Horse show
Justin Beiber
etc

It's not a steadfast rule of thumb, but anything that becomes very popular with young girls very fast, tends to get absolutely pilloried on the Internet. Which is not to say these things are in any way good, it's just a trend I've noticed.

2005 bratz was nothing special but it's not bad enough for this chart.

I could never look at kappa mikey the same way after seeing the pilot.

Half the appeal of it went away for me when I couldn't post it anywhere that wasn't a containment board/Thread. still like watching the show, it sucks you in. Let me try to explain what happened to me.

Someone posted the first episode on bungie.net flood forum and that's how I found it. From what I've heard from others you go through this sort of euphoric trance when first discovering it. It can last a few days to a month. During mine I felt higher then I ever have on drugs. I realize how autistic this sounds but it's the truth. There has to be some sort of subliminal shit going on because it's a feeling I've not been able to replicate. So you have basically a bunch of addicts trying to chase a high they will never experience again.

>My Chemical Romance
I don't think they were ever popular with little girls. People just meme'd them for being an emo/nupunk/whatever band. The other things you listed, besides horse show, are more directed towards girls around 9-16.

But yeah, I agree with you otherwise. People get really asspained about anything they perceive to be liked by girls. Beiber and other boy bands like One Direction are a mainstream example of that. People hate to admit they like anything associated with tween music and want to distance themselves from it as far as possible. On social media, people go out of their way to shit on such celebs out of butthurt/jealousy/pretending to hate guilty pleasure and so on.

It's like a perceived threat to masculinity and people have to go out of their way to show otherwise.

So it's just young men who are insecure about their masculinity projecting that insecurity into others?
