Lots of movement and colors is nice but it has to be in service of a cohesive whole. Not necessarily a story, but at least a coherent internal narrative (person jumps from point A to point B and is now at point B, not person jumps, mook flickers into existence to get kicked, person is now at point C from point ?????, then camera pans and the environment is totally different again)

It has a really nice aesthetic, but the character designs are ugly and the action is too difficult to make out.

Both the animation and the stylisation/designs are incredibly weak. It just looks super-flashy and colourful.

The animation is decent. I do love me some Perturbator, though, I wish his work was more well known. Hopefully, he'll have the same status as Daft Punk eventually.

Entirely too busy. If I were to see stills of it, I'd probably be more interested. The pace, the lack of a focal point in a lot of the action, and the speed at which actions happen and changes makes it just a brightly colored mess.
Slow it the fuck down and let us see these designs you worked on. Show us the fluid actions the characters are capable of. Give us some sort of narrative of action other than "shit's happening." The only part of this that was coherent was the guy scanning the skull at the beginning, and it had nothing to do with anything other than to transition over to an establishing shot of the city in the far distance. It makes a point that there is only one android, and we barely get a good look at her; just some quick shots from various angles with other shit in the way.
It's like ADD the animation.
