Oropo, without a doubt. Eliacube is the single most powerful thing in the world when it's charged, the Dofus are second.
I choose to interpret that scene in S1 where Grougaloragran comments on his power as meaning that he was the only one of the Brotherhood who posed a threat to Grougal at the time, but I still doubt Ruel could have won.

The gods themselves and by extension most of Bill Otomo's designs seem to be canon at least, given that shot of Pinpin (which I can't for the life of me find now). As for the game itself, I think the idea was that it's a "divine playground" of sorts where the gods just conjure shit up out of boredom. They wouldn't need to teleport people from the planet onto the board, they could just make new copies of them on the spot.

I have 900 gigs of free space and 7 gigs of unused RAM, Mega is just a piece of shit in general. I've had downloads stop for literally no fucking reason with 4 seconds left on the ETA because something fucked up and it didn't feel like continuing. Clean your browser cache, change your IP, use incognito mode, pray to whatever gods you believe in and your download might finish if you're lucky.

He's presented as this in the Ogrest comic. In episode 4, we see Xelor being the lowest level and him being encased in ice still, so they just bypass him. Before that, they did get caught in an automated time trap, so I guess that counts as a test.
