They can't really field a new candidate. Some states woukd allow as they are generic party vote. Others would not as they set ballots for the person and a vote for that person is for that person. No new ballots can be sent out at this point.

I am a dispatcher and deal with about 150 emails a work day. Most are simply replies like "heading to my 10:00 apt". "The customer isn't answering, can you reach main office number and let them know were at unit 65" or "this job is running over I'll be late to my next one"
There are 30 employees all emailing nonstop all day to my email.
Maybe 15 of them a day contain some type of sensitive customer info. A full name, address, payment info, etc.

Incarceration doesn't make you ineligible to become President. There is some question of whether a President Elect, but Congress may pass some resolution blocking her from executing normal Presidential duties, especially pardons, until the impeachment trial is complete. Technically, this would be a Constitutional crisis because it's not a power explicitly given to Congress, but given the circumstances I doubt the Supreme Court would overrule it.

When you work for the government your emails are gov property, saved, monitored, and subject to FOIA. That's why they give you a .gov email account. She set up a server in her home with a private email system "for convenience”. When the Benghazi thing went down people started looking into her correspondence pertaining to Libya. None existed in her official email, which is how they found out about the server in there first place. Her emails were subpoenaed, and that's when she destroyed the 33k citing they were personal. Also destroyed communication devices with hammers.
