everything that didnt involve Bojack or PC was terrible with the exception of the final Diane/PB scene and Bojack didn't have a big enough impact on the stories of the other characters and vice versa

PC's story crushed me.
Asexual Todd was bad writing, but I actually liked the dentist clown hijinks for the most part
Diane and Mr PB both have their faults, but in the end they're just not a good match for each other, it's no one's fault
Beatrice is a bitch, but dementia is a bigger bitch.

...

You were no help, Albino Rhino Gyno.

>Asexual Todd was bad writing, but I actually liked the dentist clown hijinks for the most part

I really liked the Todd centric episode where he rushed around solving everyone's problems. As a goofy comedy relief character he's great, but I dunno what the point of making him asexual was.

...

>That Asexual Meet-Up
I call bullshit that such meet-ups even exist IRL. If you have near- to entirely non-existent sexual leanings, that's not something a person brings up as an interest unto itself... but then Google proved me wrong.

its more of a support group than a club

I thought this season was about the same quality as last season. I still really liked it, Beatrice's episodes reminded me of Bojack's randomly blacking out episode from last season.

>really glad bojack didnt fuck hollyhock
>still really want porn of them
i'm a disgusting piece of garbage person

>Bojack didn't have a big enough impact on the stories of the other characters

Wasn't that half the point? Showing that Bojack wasn't responsible for everyone else's problems?

...

I'm with you, for all that bojack is toxic, removing him doesn't purify the well and this season was about that. They had a year without him and his return didn't start bad things, it just happened at the same time shit collapsed.

>in season 1, Bojack steals the D in Hollywood and this spirals into its own plotline about making a movie based on the events, and all the characters say Hollywoo for the rest of the series
>in season 4, PB's house collapses, trapping a shitload of celebrities for a week and literally no one mentions, not even Hollyhock asks Bojack where has he been for the last week
What went so fucking wrong?

Diane suicide when?

That episode did feel oddly contained, it felt more like an annual in a comic series instead of another issue.

After she breaks up with PB, realizes she loves bojack and then is heartbroken and hopeless when she realizes PC and bojack are getting married.

>bit of ocean money on the left there
good call back

Never, she has a very important function as political mouthpiece of the writers.

Whoa holly....easy on the milk

Wtf was the point of the gun control episode?

Someone change that to her looking at Sup Forums. Also this could be a great banner.

holy shit

>believing this

I liked the one saying something about how the ticker feed is too distracting because I was distracted from the news segment by it

I hope Philbert and PC reconnect. Also she clearly needs Juda. Yes he stepped out of line, but for the love of Christ, it was ONE infraction from a perfect assistant.

>I don't need a dad, but I could always use a brother

I needed that after the downward spiral that was everything else.

>wanna get some cold rock?
>no thanks
>then screw that, how about pizza?
>im not actually hungry
>oh. okay.
First few times she knocked him back I thought they were just one off things but after the reveal it makes sense why she wasn't interested.

plus i think every scene with the mention of food has her with her coffee.

really enjoyed episode 6, probably one of the more memorable episodes of the season imo

Propaganda for gun laws as well as social commentary on how people make meaningless statuses saying "our hearts go out to the victims and their families etc...." hence the nonchalant repetition of the phrase, "thoughts and prayers" when really they don't care.

I doubt many normies get the second part.

>saw this scene
>knew it was either powerful stimulants or powerful OCD flare-up
>never thought about it again until the coffee reveal

The Beatrice story hit pretty close to home. My grandmother has dementia. She was emotionally abusive to her children, and now that they have to take care of her a mix of repressed hatred and love is coming out from them. Of course she herself was abused by her alcoholic parents. I think it's best to not have children.

Hit way way way way too close to home with Bojack's internal monologue

Those little details in Dianne's workplace, like writings on the wall, things on a computer and constantly changing ridiculous sets was pretty well done, I say.

Just Diane and Mr. PB disagreeing on political views, putting stress on their relationship

>every episode they're standing-sitting on a different ball device
God damn do I hate yuppie startup offices so fucking much

I'd take a cubicle any day over that open floor plan bullshit

>Propaganda for gun laws
>implying it was

Episode made a good point how guns could be used to empower women, so if anything it made a point against gun laws

If you can ignore any parts of SJWness and bad writing that comes up and focus on the details like each little different animal behaviors, background gags and other smaller details in the animation, then this is really a great show.

I don't know how the 'she's preoccupied counting her teeth' bit didn't set anything off in my head. I guess I thought she was just an odd job.

Honestly Diane's new workplace reminded me of that House of Cards workplace for that hot writer

I sense toxic bad vibes from you. In our company - that's a big no no! Smoothie?

The SJWsness really isn't that big. I think the show shows a good mixture of both political spectrums.

>well done diane, you just passed sensible gun control laws
the key word is sensible. most hardcore gun advocates refuse to allow even the most basic of background checks and cooling periods.

Then again what do I know, I'm not an American.

>I dunno what the point of making him asexual was.

Reinforcing Hollywood attitudes that if you aren't devoting at least 80% of your waking hours to getting sex, there's something wrong with you.

Just because they were called sensible doesn't mran they were. The result was in the end that majority of all people are now not allowed to own guns, including Diane and pretty much any woman that owned a gun.

...

I think that was the joke?

Why real cats

>a mentally sound woman with no criminal record owning a gun and feeling safer is a point against gun laws
What do you think gun laws are?

Every time I hear the gun control debate one side is saying "We think civilian weapons should be limited to reasonable hunting equipment or concealed sidearms, that people should be background checked and put through a wait period so spur of the moment violence is prevented, and that people committing straw sales should be SEVERELY punished"

then the other side goes "WHY DO YOU WANT TO BAN ALL GUNS THAT'S CRAZY WE HAVE A SECOND AMENDMENT STOP TRYING TO STEAL MY GUNS AND GIVE THEM TO CRIMINALS"

How can there be a debate in that climate?

For teh lulz.

Different artworks/culture from the old country.

That episode crushed me.

PC's fictitious descendant was adorable.

What was the point of the Michigan house episode?

>not realising the show makes fun of Diane at least as much as it supports her beliefs

youtu.be/RA5CI7puovs

The cats and mice confuse me.

The mice are clearly supposed to be Jews, but are Cats supposed to be Russian or Egyptian?

Also whoever wrote the episode with Ralph's parents seems to have mixed up Passover and Purim. Jews throw a bunch of shade at Hamen, the villain of Purim. Not so much at the Egyptians that all lost their kids.

Because they were real before coming to America. That's what The States do to you, son! They turn you into a empty cartoonish husk of what you were to be and throw you into an endless rat race, until you disappear into nothing only to be replaced with a new idiot with pink eyeglasses. I said all I wanted to say here.

With honesty and respect, Kim.

>If you can ignore any parts of SJWnes
I really don't think there's much "SJW"ness, the show is more nuanced that and it makes fun of everyone's viewpoints.

Cats are just "not jews". Those filthy goyim, ya know.

I think it's some kind of Eastern Europe here.

If mice are jews and mice hate cats then the cats are obviously german

>tfw half the reddit threads on Bojack are about how great it is to have asexual representation
Jesus christ get over yourselves, you're not special for not fucking people

>the other half thinks Hollyhock has "anorexia" because she wasn't hungry one time
No wonder they have so much difficulty losing weight

>going on plebbit in the first place
I know, I know

How many times did the word progressive pop up?

>If mice are jews and mice hate cats then the cats are obviously german
To be fair the Jews managed to piss off quite a diverse number of people both before and after diaspora

>"Juice controls the media"
>THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS
>Turtletops pretending to be jewish to gain advantages as businessman
>The general making fun of liberal hiprocisy
>Ralph's family
>Kelsey's overthetop feminazi daughter that even Diane couldn't stand

OMG SO SJW

To me the whole Todd subplot came off as if asexual people were just attention whores. Which is weird, because if that's the joke, you'd think they would have made Todd a polysexual panromantic or some made up shit like that.

Does Sup Forums even like anything

And it didn't ring true for Todd's character to be the sort that would worry about labels instead of just doing his own thing in the first place. His quick change of mind on that issue didn't make sense.
So he walks into a support group for boring sexless attention whores and it fills suddenly fills a whole in his life

Sup Forums likes whatever it deems least reddit/tumblr that week.

At this point they're in an eternal contest to see who can be the most contrarian.

Not much, but there was a lot of "I'm literally crying, this is the first time a tv show has acknowledged my existance"

You have to understand that a significant portion of the current Sup Forums userbase are new and/or /stormfront/. These are people so culturally backwards that sites like reddit or tumblr, which are willing to host the most disgusting of sex freaks and weirdos, ban them on sight.

While it used to be that people were just annoyed by sites like 9gag and reddit stealing our jokes, at this point we don't make jokes anymore, and the people whining about "redditors coming to Sup Forums" are really just trying (ironically) to create a hugbox for themselves.

>>a mentally sound woman
Ha

Everything would've been fine if Crackerjack didn't get shot in the war.

Also Harper from S3 looks a lot like Bea's doll, past and present.

Mother of christ, people should get over themselves.

Like it's cool to identify with a character and feel a connection, but to be brought to tears because some piece of shit happens to be asexual

How can people watch shit with such terrible animation quality? at least rick and morty has some sequences where they sorta try.

Why they are Germans of course!

If Crackerjack hadn't been shot in the war then Bojack's mom would be the one with the extra sibling

seriously the relationship between crackerjack and beatrice was creepy

Nothing wrong with a mother loving her son

...

>What you thinking about?

So how many of the people that show up on this show do you want to have sex with? I'm up to 47.

thingken of sad

All of them so far, but some are just hatefucks

PANCAKES

I must be inside Dianne's boss.

Don't be too sad - it never would've worked out that way.

I don't believe you. List them

I think the scene that made me feel incredibly shitty was the ending to PC's episode where it turns out the cute little descendant didn't exist and it was all in PC's head to reassure her, god that tugged at my heart, that episode tricked me into thinking it was gonna be okay for her

They're mostly background characters that have no names. And main characters like Bojack, Peanutbutter, PC.

Holly needs the THICC fucked out of her

prehensile vagina

Why anyone, even the closet furfags that watch this show, would have relations with bojack and all the baggage such a thing includes beats me
Unless you're talking about a one night stand and then dumping him, in which case go right ahead

List them

>relationship
Fuck no. I want to tear that ass up.

I just absolutely love the banner jokes. They never get old

Every PC episode seems to be one of the top depressing episodes of every season.

I don't mind the studio playing with different animation styles.
