What did Cartoon Network mean by this?

It is now the Teen Titans channel ft. some other faggots

They are showing TT again at 5:00pm.

>dat pic related quality tho
Here OP, have a version that's not painful to look at.

Haven't they been airing original TT for the past 3-4 weeks now?

Still don't know why though

Teen Titans nostalgia is marketable again. One can argue that TTG make people want to check the original.Whether iti s because they liked TTG and want to discover new Teen Titans related content or because TTG suck and they rather watch the OG is up to debate

They wanna see if the viewers they get from airing the original is greater than those they get from letting TTG taunt it's critics.

They want to set up a TTG special leading to a new reboot, mixing the comedy of GO with whatever TT did to get an autistic audience.

>force ttg down peoples throats for years
>various episodes that mock and/or praise the original
>spark intrest of the original in both old and new fans

it was a ruse the entire time

...

>mixing the comedy of GO with whatever TT did
So the original Teen Titans shorts on DC Nation that people actually liked?

Then they reboot a new series that in the same universe as their DC shows.

That ironically, TTG has helped keep the 2k3 incarnation of Teen Titans alive and relevent for a new generation. DC has tried its best to kill it or bury it; keeping Dick Grayson as Nightwing and retiring the Neal Adams Robin costume, keeping Starfire as her comic self, making Beast Boy and Raven near irrelevant, and never redesigning Cyborg to match his much cooler TT cartoon design. If DC could, they'd have pushed the Titans as purely their 80's incarnations, or whatever modern N52 incarnation they have. But TTGo ensured that the interpretations made by the 2003 cartoon would last.

I wouldn't mind a TT version of Justice League Action.

Why does no one use the cartoon design for Cyborg in other media?

Is it harder to pull off than the designs they use regularly?

Hmm
Teen Titans Action
TTA
That would be neat

It didn't occur to me until trying to read the comics that the 2003 versions of Cyborg and Starfire are like...the only designs I like.

It's a shame the name TTG is already taken since that WOULD'VE been a perfect name for it.

Teen Titans Go is a pretty good name that evokes a sense of action, so it's wasted on a lolrandumblaffs show. It was also the name of the comic tie-in for the 2003 cartoon.

>That starfire
JESUS CHRIST.

Some times the comic had good art and some times it had bad art.
