I think you have confused liking the art style with thinking the animation is good

Its a surprisingly common mistake

animation has to do with how fluid the motion is and how well it blends together or appears to naturally move, OK KO has much better animation than this, this is not a subjective opinion.

However if you like the art style being using here more than other cartoons than that is a subjective opinion and its perfectly fine for you to have

I actually think it ranks as some of the best flash animated things on modern TV. Especially when they pull out fluid designs like the let's Get serious thing, or that dungeon and dragon parody animation.
