By including memes like rage faces and doge and what the fuck not

Make a character that personifies Buzzfeed. Then throw in a bunch of Disney "in-jokes" that tumblr blogging, buzzfeed reading 20-something landwhales in the audience can screech to because they're the only demographic that will know the jokes.

By naming it "breaks the internet"

By pandering to SJWs or anti-SJWs on forums

It seems like they already did to be honest

By Acknowledging memes at all, especially all those advice dog variant ones, which they will undoubtedly do. Or even worse, acknowledging Sup Forums, bringing in an even bigger flood of Redditors.

I actually didn't see anyway the sequel could have gone considering they're stuck in a gaming cabinet.

Shoehorning a cyberbullying moral.

Making it more of a sequel to the first half of Wreck it Ralph 1 instead of a sequel to the SECOND half of Wreck it Ralph 1.

":)"

It's a sequel to a story that resolved all its loose ends; it's fucked from the base.

By making it.

By making it about the internet rather than about videogames.

Hopefully it's similar to the first movie, where the trailers and posters played up the video game crossover aspect while the movie itself really didn't. Maybe the internet memes will just be a very small thing that takes a backseat to the story.

Have Mario and not be voiced by Charles Martinet.

the sequel could be a good chance to explore more videogame worlds based on famous games...but they probably won't do that and instead focus on internet memes and sjw propaganda

corporate synergy

Emji movie kinda poisoned the well of making a movie about Apps and mobile gaming.

I have no idea, I hope they know what their doing. I just hope Disney/Pixar don't fuck up these sequels to their beloved movies. Finding Dory was okay, and I liked Cars 3. I just hope Ralph, Toys, and Incredibles will be good.

By having in memes. I have faith that it'll be as good as the first one was

They spend 90% of the movie showing off parodies of well known sites and they forget the movie has a story.

Not making the title the most obvious pun.

Implying that the first movie was good in the first place.

What is How to tame a Dragon 2 Alex?

how could they make an SJW story? Not just one the Sup Forums will claim is SJW

The D23 leaks seemed to talk alot about the Disney Princesses for some reason so I'm already wondering what the fuck is going on.

>worst case: Emoji movie but with Disney IP characters
>best case: more Felix & Calhoun

By abandoning the entire gimmick of exploring retro videogame nostalgia and making it about the internet.

OH WAIT

By not calling it "Ralph wrecks the Internet"

They already confirmed they're going to have a whole bit for Disney to fellate itself with Vanellope meeting the Princesses with R2-D2 and C-3PO showing up.

>disney cinematic universe

>Alliance of Super Villains
>Vivian James, Coolface, Anonymous, Drumpf, Pepe, Hentai artists, etc. make up of it
Get prepared nigger. Ralph and Vanellope up against Trololo and Shadman.

This isn't gonna happen, but Shad will definetly make "The Internet Breaks Vanellope" when it comes out.

>disney couldn't get rights to all those websites so they made knock offs
>fucking disney couldn't pau for something

By taking a concept people enjoyed involving video games and making it about the internet instead.

The same as saying one movie in a cinematic universe is connected to eachother. The age up of the cast the new story beat's and the change in location made it a new story

Oh boy.

>that scene where Ralph enters Sup Forums.

Sup Forums might be funnier.
>all this talk about video games and they can't even get my name right?

It's not about not having the money. It's about being frugal & not making the legal team jump through hoops to acquire rights to use the name brands of every goliath website when the satire can be conveyed through a pseudonym.

>a character that personifies Buzzfeed
So Adam then

Vanilla Pee

All of this. If you read the D23 fan descriptions of the Oh My Disney scene, it's a giant circlejerk featuring the Disney Princesses listening to Vanellope's SJW banter & bashing everyone. To even give an ounce of respect to something the likes of Buzzfeed is deplorable, yet that's where the new racially-diverse character heils from.

It's like they saw the response to The Emoji Movie and said "hold my beer".

...

>It's not "Ralph WREAKS the internet"
STILL MAD

Oh christ please no

...ok, now I'm mad about it too.

...

They won't. It's Disney, for Christ's sake. They could show a cow taking a shit for 100 minutes and still receive widespread acclaim and make tens of millions in its first weekend. Sup Forums is, ironically, now the only place on the internet that hates memes; normies love that shit.

The premise alone sounds like they're already fucking it up. It sounds too self-aware. Makes me sad that we're gonna get Emoji Movie 2.0

How are they having Ralph get online, anyway- the arcade maintenance guy plugs his laptop into the power strip, or was a new, internet-connected game brought in?

I hope they take the piss on Buzzfeed, rather than do a soft parody

In the original movie, he was going to go to Litwaks computer and hang out in a Sims game for awhile.

I enjoyed Wreck-It-Ralph a lot, but I always thought a sequel would have way more potential for game-hopping adventures. So much for that.

From what we saw at D23, Litwak installs Wi-Fi at the arcade and when Sugar Rush breaks down, Ralph and Vannelope go out online to seek a place to order replacement parts, but then get distracted by the dank maymays.

>Buzzaholic

>Henson will play Yess, a trend-aholic algorithm who acts like a guide to Ralph (John C. Reilly) and Vanellope (Sarah Silverman). The story sees the duo's game break down and require a replacement part, causing the characters to venture into the wild world of the internet.

>Silverman, along with directors Rich Moore (who won an Oscar earlier this year for Zootopia) and Phil Johnston, were onstage to present a clip of the movie — a clip that drove the assembled crowd of roughly 7,000 into wild cheers.

>The clip showed Vanellope, in a website named OhMyDisney.com, meeting all the Disney princesses in the hopes of stirring up some trouble. But as she interacts with them — in ways that, in rapid succession, lovingly skewer the history and tropes of Disney animated classics and princesses — she develops a respect for them. And she gives them a wardrobe change.

>tropes
>wardrobe change

I'm not going to look this up. I'll just assume it's not true. And if it is true, I'll just hope I die before I find out.

The first is one of my favourite movies, so I have faith in them to keep this one solid

Faith is for fools.

Acknowledging any of "The Hacker Known as Sup Forums," "Le Reddit Boogeyman," or "The Tumblrina"

Well Zangief be in the movie?

Setting it in the inter-
Oh wait.

Other way round user.

Think disney is in a scramble to redo the film after that shitshow?

>change in location
Like a videogame arcade to the internet.

By not making it about video games.

>no Sup Forums
Or any chan for that matter.
Maybe that's a good thing though.

This would redeem the film for me.

You could get the same joke on Sup Forums

It's impossible nobody pointed this out.
At first announcement I assumed they must have discussed it and decided against wrecks for some reason but given recent events with kermit I think maybe they were just to vain to accept somebody else came up with a better name.

We can only hope. The game-jumping aspect wasn't what made Wreck-it Ralph good. The heart of the film was Ralph accepting his role as a villain in-game but a friend outside of work & characters like Felix Jr.

It could work if it was about websites infighting and community wards. If it includes memes it will probably be dated.

httyd ended on a hook that the sequel could easily expand on, wreck-it-ralph did not

>not Ralph Wrecks the Internet

They already have.

Swing and a fucking miss.

Don't give him ideas user

Yesss is going to be the villain.
Mark my fucking words.

>LUBHUB
what is it? pornhub?
