CN Schedule for the week: 9/25 to 10/1

Seems TTG is losing more timeslots and now consists of 44% of the schedule. Also on the plus side is Rango this Saturday.

>still no clarence
it hurts

Look on the bright side: at least they're trying to recover from Miller's death spiral

Wow they're actually bringing back Cloudy with a Chance back, wasn't that like since April or sometime? Also
>Justice League Action still has only one slot

Disappointed about the anniversary on sunday.
Maybe they probably put a "happy birthday" banner or something in the on-screen logo bug.

I know I said this before in another thread, but...

This is what CN's schedule should currently have. Hell, I could have Boomerang be a 24/7 continuation of Cartoon Network in the Adult Swim hours:

All Ben 10 series
Camp Lazlo

Both Powerpuff Girls series
Chop Socky Chooks
The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

My Gym Partner's a Monkey
Sidekick
Robotboy
Codename: Kids Next Door
George of the Jungle (2007)

Bakugan
Johnny Test (at least it wasn't aired enough to screw over Regular Show and Adventure Time)
The Secret Saturdays
Being Ian
Eliot Kid
Dexter's Laboratory
Justice League Unlimited
Samurai Jack
The Life and Times of Juniper Lee
Justice League Action
The Amazing World of Gumball
The Looney Tunes Show (2011)

Sym-Bionic Titan

From what I can tell, Cartoon Network designates shows to be their "rerun shows", while the others only pop up for new episodes. Gumball, WBB, and Ben10 have been randomly coming and going all year. It looks like they're testing OK K.O. right now to see if its rerun ratings are any good.

The strangest thing here is that Teen Titans Classic keeps getting more and more time slots. It must really have done well.

>TTG under 50%

Yes, they could air most of those shows if they wanted (although we know for a fact they no longer have rights to a couple of them) or they could air the shows that pull good rerun numbers.

Isn't rango from Nickelodeon films?

Or if they no longer have the rights they can renew them.

Why do they still play spy kids? It seems like a very strange pick for a kids movie to play.

Yes.

>Looney tunes
Like actual non-baby Looney tunes? Wow. How long has it been?

>Looney Tunes
>"oh my fucking god are they showing the actual looney tunes or--"
>it's the same curated playlist of 150 cartoons
FUCK THIS GAY EARTH.

Probably because the pre-1948 ones are politically incorrect

they could easily show the lesser known post-1948 cartoons too (like the late 60s ones). or they could air them during times when no one is watching tv (they've done this before).

No, they can't. A few of those flopped so hard that Cartoon Network wrote them off for tax purposes, so now they legally don't exist. Cartoon Network normally doesn't tell us when it happens, so we have no idea how many of those shows it's happened to. I think Sym-bionic Titan is the only one we know for sure.

MegaXLR has some kind of legal issues going on too, but I don't think the exact details have been made public.

The racist ones are the funniest though. Hell, even i saw them as a kid in the 90's.

>CN's 25th birthday
>No Swat Kats

Just kill me.

WHY DON'T THEY AIR ADVENTURE TIME

Because they dumped the last season on Hulu

Yeah, no.

Is 44% an all-time low for TTG on modern CN?

Hopefully this ship rights itself and gets TTG at only 25%.

i didn't say the racist ones were bad per-say, hell, one of my favorites is pic related.

The WW2 ones were animation gold

Classic teen titans has done well purely because of the nostalgiafags who have been crying and screaming about TTG tuning in to watch their old favorite show

That sounds like a terrible fate for a cartoon.

>After years of trial and error, you finally get your cartoon on tv
>It's an honest piece, pulls in honest numbers but considered a failure to higher ups
>gets written off with no dvd release
>no longer exists anywhere except for streaming/torrent sites
>can't even get a DVD of the entire series due to legal issues

What's wanted?

Anything other than TTG. I want some Kids Next Door Reruns, Dexters Lab, Chowder, Grim and Mandy. I want Regular Show, Adventure Time, just no more 100+ episodes of TTG.

It's a really good and timeless film.

No I mean top right corner after steven universe.

Ah sorry, it's a SU special 1 hour episode called "wanted"

wtf happpend to adventure time

Oh.
I got all excited for nothing.

Dumped to Hulu to piss off the fans

I want that

Fuck, actually?

Yup

What a sad, sad way for it to go. I wish I had watched it more on tv. I'll have to do a binge watch of every episode before the final season.

Any word on the Swat Kats revival?

I never watched it, so I wouldn't know.

If this is true then so help me God.

>SU
>1%
o i am laffin

At least nuPPG is gone

it beats that one year CN celebrated its birthday by airing the same episode of screwball squirrel on repeat for 24 hours
