Was Tarthackovsky out of his mind when making this abortion?

Was Tarthackovsky out of his mind when making this abortion?

I'd say he was out of his mind when he agreed to make another animated Adam Sandler vehicle.

No.

[Obligatory contrarian "the season wasn't bad and you're just stupid and exaggerating how awful it was" comment.]

regardless of what happened, it was a fun run. I enjoyed the threads we had, the moments we shared, and the memes along the way. The ending is silly, but I'm glad we got an end at all.

WTF I GOT AKU POWER NOW LOL

Ending was shit, wouldve preferred a cliffhanger

Sup Forums was pretty even with how they felt about it from what I've seen, so I wouldn't call anyone contrarian. That being said, Samurai Jack was a fun ride start to finish, and episodes 4-7 felt a lot like the old SJ especially.

It was amazing up until that episode.

fuck rhis made me laugh

we should have just got that Movie.

Ashi? Nah he just thought it would be sweet.

>contrarian calling other contrarians before a comment has even been made
defensive contrarian

they already fucked up not having scaramouche voiced by a scatman crothers sound-a-like

>More blue jack
>Scotsman ghost interacting with Blue jack
>No ashi aku powers
>cut the jail monster episode for a more development/set up episode
Made it better

If Ashi had just died with the rest of the sisters I think it might have been fine. Her sudden inclusion really dragged shit down.

Yes. I cant think of a single reason why anyone thought an oc donut steel waifu was what samurai jack needed

>Bring back a series thats been dead for 13 years for only 10 episodes
>Dedicate 7 episodes to some baboon faced, literally who character that should have died in Ep 3
>Reduce all of Jacks internal conflict to a cringy forced romance in the end
>Blatantly rip off an anime ending for the finale

It's like Genndy just went out of his way to fuck everything up.

It was the same "abortion" from episode 1, you just didn't notice because the show was episodic.

We still can.

Go build a time machine, get back, back to the bast, and convince CN to greenlight a full length TV movie.

>It was always bad!
Well, now that we've gotten that obligatory remark out of the way

You're welcome.

Ep.8 premier sticky was by far the greatest thread I've ever been in Sup Forums

Oh look, another Ashi bash fest. Why am i not surprised?

Jack is a shit character and should've killed himself. Fucking Mary Sue bullshit

Jack should've sudoku'd. He's a worthless Mary Sue

he was wrong to keep using that dream he had when he was 11. none of the shit we make when we are 11 is good

I know son, i should've shot you into a sock 11 year's ago but sadly you're shitposting here.

same to you dad

At least i pay for our internet service you mooching lil shit. Go out find a fuckin job

>father at age 12
damn..

We all make mistakes. You're living proof of that.

gotta go back

back to the past

I feel like he just tried to project his latest ideas and failed projects into season 5, it happens with a lot directors/creators when given full creative control.
It's not bad by any means, just not the "old school" samurai jack style.

People didn't like episode 4? (the one where they are inside the beast)
I thought it was pretty decent and fun, the decline clearly started at ep 5 though

No, it was just 10 years too late.

A kid watching from start to finish, this would have been great.

But the delay of the finale had given us all of these conceptions of how the Guardian would play a role, how every character would play a massive role in one extravagant final season of epicness....

High expectations.

I mean it wasn't all that bad until that episode where ya, sudden Aku powers and Jack killing every friend he ever had so he could make his daddy happy. Fucking retarded Jack.

episodes 4-10 could have been hard BBC gangbang porn and the renewal season would still be worth it for the pure kino that is Episodes 1-3

>retarded Sup Forums fags unironically posting "kino"

It was good until the last episode.
