He had no email retention policy till 2005. Request came in 2006 for emails from 1998-2001.
Hillary got wind of an investigation March 2nd and ordered the delete. Subpoena came March 4th.
It's illegal to destroy something you believe might be subpoenad as evidence.
But hey, this is CTR right? So we're just supposed to believe that emails deleted two days before a subpoena after a NY times article dropped is the same as emails deleted more than a year prior to a request.
