What do people think of George's idea in lateish TCW that the Trade Fed isn't the Separatists per se? I kind of like it as I was always puzzled by whether or not the Trade Fed and co were the Seperatists or whether they were just dealing under the table.
There are a few problems though. RotS shows Gunray and co as "The Separatist leaders" and AotC has San Hill and Gunrat talk about a treaty, which implies more than a business contract.
So basically, I like the idea of the Seperatist council and the Trade Fed being not exactly Seperatists as shown in TCW, but I wish that George still owned SW so he could insert new dialogue in those problematic scenes in AotC and RotS.

Literally every single short story in that book is canon regardless of whether it's weird. I don't even know why you put the Sith of Datawork one in that list anyways since it isn't even weird or anything.
IIRC the TF's neutrality claims are at least partially bullshit. They're still supporting the Separatists behind the scenes whilst claiming Gunray and co are just extremists misusing their assets.
But Filoni said that what Obi saw in AotC was just a business deal. I almost think Filoni misunderstood George, because the "treaty" lines make little sense the way Filoni tells it.

Yoda's instant decapitation of Gree really shows the slight deviation in canon between the movie Clones and the animated ones. The movie Clones were biological robots. Nothing more. If the TCW Clones were in the movie, then the Jedi who were close to their Clone officers would disarm them and figure out how to stop the brain chip override.
