They mention that the one thing you can't wish for is a better tasting muffin. This is mostly played for laughs because the muffin is a plot device and FOP doesn't have the deepest lore. But if we're going to extrapolate should-haves regarding the muffin without being bound by the rules of "but then the plot wouldn't work" then we can probably surmise that the muffin is immune to meta-rules regarding itself, in order to prevent abuse. (more abuse than a rule that already ignores Da Rules allows, anyway) So we can assume that you can't wish for another muffin/regenerating muffin, the ability to control the rules of the muffin or Da Rules, or control over other wishes or wishers.
Anyway. We all know what Timmy should have wished for.
