Got a couple of Curt Swan covers for you today. I normaly don't like doing an "all-cover" thread, but today is a little special... well, you'll see what I mean.

Not quite...

I'm posting the whole thing, not for the interior art as per usual...

... but rather because this is one of the first "3-part novels" that DC ever published.

On an amusing note, I'm currenty working my way through The Frankenstein Omnibus; it's a fairly exhaustive anthology of Frankenstein-related stories, which includes some obscure stuff that hasn't been reprinted since they were first published, as well as some novelisations of the Boris Karloff movies and an early play based on the Shelley novel.

That said, unless you're a massive fan of Frankenstein I wouldn't recommend it. A lot fo the early stuff is pretty dry unless you REALLY like the 19th-Century writing style. That said, overall it's been an interesting read for me.

... Maddie Blaustein would've been 57...

Late 50's, actually. That, and it does specifically state that they're a posse.

To clarify, Blaustein was intersex, raised male, and transitioned a while after she wrote this.

My bad, my superman knowledge is not that good

that scientific really really wanted Superboy to destroy and murder that "machine"

>blind character is the one who is friendly because he/she is blind
I didn't realized how old this trope was

>blind
>hot
dear diary: JACKPOT

DELETE THIS

Well, it was a trope from the original Frankenstein novel, although it wasn't a girl that time (I believe that particular twist on the idea wouldn't appear until Victor Hugo's The Man Who Laughs)

You can't just put "super" on something and call it a power Kent

>Superboy can melt steel bullets

>SUPERBOY certainly seems to go for girls whose initials are L.L.
They fucking knew even back them

Its funny how they just casually get rid of glowing metal like it was nothing

Thank you for the storytime

Is that the one put out by yoe?
I've been reading strange world of your dreams
