Cartoons or movies set in Latin America

I really enjoyed El Dorado

I know there are shows like Mucha Lucha that are set in Mexico, do you know about any other cartoons?

I think that Jorel's brother is set in Brazil

El Tigre is set in Mexico and it's pretty good. Then there's Book of Life and the upcoming Coco.

Nice to see many cartoons and movies featuring Mexican folklore

>folklore
If you want folklore, there's this:

Nobody cares about Peru anos tho

I think Meridiana is supposed to be in Argentina. That or Brazil.

Never watched it

Eh, for all it's supposed to be Argentina, there's never really anything specific to that region. I spent most of the show thinking it was France.

That said, it's a fun watch.

There’s Elena of avalor . It’s mostly for young kids but it’s pretty good for a Disney Jr show.

Legend Quest starts out in Latin America but they do a lot of world hopping but still give props to the culture.

Yeah, but it's mostly about Mexican culture and legends

I don't know how you can represent ((South American culture)) in a cartoon

The first step is learning about it.

bump

Does Cuba count?

indeed

What is that?

...

Tfw I never watched El tigre

...

The Emperor's New Groove was set in the pre-contact Incan Empire.

Wait, does Jorel's brother exist outside of Brazil?
I thought it was only broadcast here because of some stupid law about all tv channels having to have some national made programming or something

El Americano (2016)

???

The Mysterious Cities of Gold was set in prePre-Columbian mexico.

Cool

well Jorel's brother has dubbing in Latin Spanish so that's why there are people outside of brazil who know that series.
