What happens if the state refuses to pay its debts?

>Abortion is murder Stop pushing your agenda, leaf. Abortion means less unwanted niggers.
Michael Campbell
The worst that could happen is non-stop bullying on Sup Forums for 3 months (ask Greece)
Dominic Sanchez
Niggers kill each other in the streets everyday. They cull themselves
Mason Nguyen
It's credit rating will tank and it won't be able to borrow anymore since no one will turst it. Essentially they won't even be able to deficit spend which means no more gibs
That's racist as hell!
Nathaniel Stewart
The currency devalues and it basically leads to a global economic collapse.
Adam Garcia
>The founding fathers would not approve of gun control
So what? It is not like it matter what they think. Times change I dont feel sad because politicians in the EU do not want to burn protestant People becuase my old King aproved it
Benjamin Reed
He seems to not understand political realism.
Carson Gray
You are disrespecting the constitution that is like burning the flag
Alexander Davis
so why is our deficit falling
what does he have to do with abortion
what rights have states lost
what gun control has he enacted
i don't expect an answer
Sebastian Foster
constitution supports burning the flag btw
Brandon Peterson
>why is our deficit falling Until we have a literal surplus and are paying off the debt, the problem is still on. Even balancing the budget isn't close to enough since we will still be stuck paying interest
>what does he have to do with abortion He fully legalized it in every state.
>what rights have states lost Well we have the FBI, Commoncore, Federal Banking regulation, NSA, DEA, Federal Laws. States aren't even their own lands anymore. Each state is suppose to set it's own rules now it's basically run by these organizations and Federal Laws
>What gun control has he enacted He tried to take the guns
Samuel Hernandez
>A government exists to serve the interests of it's people
Robert Barnes
Still murder, just justifiably so.
Oliver Thomas
Constitution is AGAINST that.
Luis Bailey
No, a handful of radical SCOTUS judges support it. Most of the Founders would see you hanged for such an act.
Jackson Martinez
THIS!!!!!!!!!!
Colton Lee
>what gun control has he enacted None directly. However he's appointed a couple of justices who ruled in the Heller case that people do not have AN INDIVIDUAL RIGHT to bear arms.
The decisions of one's SCOTUS appointees are just as important as actual policy.
William Cox
>national debt >interest
>He fully legalized it in every state. it was already legal in every state
>gibberish ?
>he tried to take the guns with what
its not
>radical
Camden Long
No it is not like burning the flag at all. Changing the Constitution should be logical, do you really think People who are death for ages made Better laws then People Will do now or in the future?
I dont care about Gun rights or anything but saying not following the founding fathers is bad thus An argument is Just like saying
>Its the current year come on!
No argument.
Carson Gutierrez
>Abortion is murder
Fucking abort yourself.
Jace Wright
>what rights have states lost gay marriage men in girls bathrooms
Colton Fisher
>gay marriage
what
>men in girls bathrooms
what right is this
Jace Cox
Radical as in they think the Constitution is a worthless piece of paper and want to change everything about it. You're gonna try and tell me Kagan and Sotomayor are not radicals? Sotomayor said she would make better judicial decisions because she's a latino and not a fucking white male. That was one of the major selling points for appointing her, in fact. She's a racial supremacist.
Luis Jones
>national debt >interest It's 200B a year
>it;s already legal in every state English please.
>with what English please
>it's not Yeah it is
Julian Gutierrez
we're talking about flag burning

Tyler Perry
>Changing the Constitution should be logical, do you really think People who are death for ages made Better laws then People Will do now or in the future? Yeah, we haven't had a good politician in almost 100 years. Of course people will be dumber today
>I dont care about Gun rights or anything but saying not following the founding fathers is bad thus An argument is Just like saying Dude you can't disrespect them.
Jonathan Bailey
It's an argument when you're bringing it up for purposes of legal precedent. For example, when people say "the founders didn't know about assault weapons", it's utter horse shit. They had high capacity high rate of fire guns back then.
Typically a justice will use past legal precedent to help him or her argue their case on a ruling.
Kayden Perez
please have cancer.
you never said anything
Jace Harris
>Dude you can't disrespect them. No one is saying that. However their legal opinion DOES matter in terms of precedent and case law. This is why we have a Constitution in the first place. A reference point for how the Founders intended the country to be.
Dylan Parker
You Are making jokes or retarded No its not An argument Both for the Pro Gun control and anti gun control parties.
The founding fathers made their Constitution in a diferent Time period so you should not really use them as An argument for current Times.
Austin Sanchez
...
Jayden Campbell
>implying he don't know all that
Mason Butler
>Abortion is murder Who cares. An ant is more conscious than a fetus. >The founding fathers would not approve of gun control What kind of an argument is that? My founding fathers would be burning non-pagans right now if they were alive. It's current year, learn to adapt.
Wyatt Green

If you think that a fetus has a uninfringeable right to life, then you can't allow for abortions in the case of rape.
If you don't make the woman bring a rape babby to term, then you are admitting that their right is subordinate to the mother's.
John Collins

>Implying he doesn't understand these things. He does, he just doesn't give a shit about our country. For him this is just a sweet eight years of incredible power and influence then retiring and making hundreds of millions of dollars writing shitty books and giving speeches. It won't particularly harm Obama if America is incrementally destroyed a little bit more, he's already pretty much done with his run as President and he'll end up with enough powerful friends and money that if America collapsed tomorrow he could still live in wealth, influence, and luxury for the rest of his natural life.
Wyatt Jackson
Yeah, but we were (supposed to have been) founded as a secular republic with something of a progressive stance regarding human rights.
And one of those rights ended up being the ability to defend yourself, your family, and hopefully be able to aid in overthrowing a regime that overreached and impinged upon the human rights laid out in the constitution.
There is a monumental difference between these ideals and laws created by monarchs influenced by religion.
And in disputing the 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights, and many of the amendments added since, all a politician is really admitting is that they believe that their personal definition of human rights is better than the one our founders gave us. Ultimate pride and hubris.
Kayden Walker
Yes times change, but the threat of tyranny hasn't gone away. So maybe it doesn't matter what they thought, but their point is still valid.

>What is this lies we don't want to change the constitution we love the consitution The part that gives citizenship to anchor babies? The part that makes Social Security and Medicare constitutional? The part that protects the rights of minorities as though they were humans too?
>They learn about how God isn't real, Prove your gods are real fist, and then you'll have a reason to whine
