How come animation in general likes to show adult women with little boys? Why is animation Pro-Female Molesters?
I remember a Johnny Bravo episode ending with a little boy being taught by the titular lead to act like him and the end result is an adult woman gets with him.
There's also the joke in Fairly Odd Parents with Timmy and the Tattoo Woman.
There's also the ending of Princess and the Frog where Tiana's friend is trying to "get the ball rolling" with Naveen's little brother so she can get her prince.
Yet no one says that this shit is wrong. No one says that female molesters are trash, except Hey Arnold where an early character from Season 1 was going to be a molester who had a thing for Arnold, but the creators realized that "Yeah, this is not okay." And thank goodness for that. To hell with such double-standards because in real life the female molesters can and do perform damage to young boys. It's just that most idiots have a "Niiiice" mentality about it.

Disclaimer: NONE of this means I support any of it. It's awful. I'm just explaining it.
Modern PC society will deny this until they're blue in the face, but even common sense let alone actual published studies (of which there are many, though they're not widely known and are usually linked on places like /r9k/ at most) show that guys are basically sex machines (with extremely limited exceptions that are statistically irrelevant), while girls actively try to AVOID sex in MOST cases.
Now with respect to the OP, what age this starts to apply at is a less-studied question for VERY obvious reasons. But the anecdata does at least point to the age being much lower than many think. BUT even ignoring that anecdotal info, the fact is that society simply doesn't give a shit and treats boys far worse than girls, generally speaking, even from a young age. (This also applies later on BTW, older women obviously have less reproductive potential than older men yet they still get the pussy pass. But that's a slightly different question.)
tl;dr: People subconsciously think boys enjoy it.

If I can add to your thought, I can kinda see where they're coming from in that it could be a projection of current adult thoughts about sex onto their younger selves, and therefore boys in general. I know I've had my mind wander off into places about the older women I crushed on at a very young age, but back then my ideas of sex and attraction were obviously much less developed, more innocent. So thinking back on those women and those feelings now, its easy to make that mental connection that 'oh, I wanted to fuck them, I just didn't know I did yet' or something to that effect.
