I watched pic related, I was pleasantly surprised by how it curbed my expectations by not being the usual thriller, the identity of the killer is revealed fairly soon and the film is more about free will vs determinism.
Barefoot Gen 3/10
Persona 8/10
Days of Heaven 8/10
Red Sparrow 5/10
Todo Mal 5/10
>Lilith (1964) - 3/5
>The Fire Within (1963) - 4/5
>The Lovers (1958) - 3/5
>Belle De Jour (1967) - 5/5
>Return of the Living Dead (1985) - 4/5
I recommend all of them but I didn't care for The Lovers. Lilith could've been good if Jean Seberg's character didn't exist.

Good taste, user
>A Visitor to a Museum - 8/10
>Dead Man's Letters - 10/10
>Elevator to the Gallows - 8/10
>Double Life of Veronique - i was having sex while watching this but i was still interested in the film/10
>My Night at Maud's - 9/10
First time watching Lopushansky, Dead Man's Letters really made me think about whether I'm living an authentic life, the life I want to be living, especially with that ending. The images of Visitor to a Museum left more of an impression in a visual sense than Dead Man's Letters, though I still feel a bit tumultuous regarding rating Visitor, emotionally I still feel conflicted on it. I'd recommend both highly. You can find them on YouTube.
Elevator to the Gallows is very well-done noir, nothing too unexpected, though the narrative is fairly unique and the soundtrack is kickass.
Double Life of Veronique hypnotically sucked me into the film (and the girl I was watching it with as well), so I can't speak too much about it. I was pretty sure I would like it, I've enjoyed Kieslowski's other work.
My Night at Maud's, what to say about this film. First time watching Rohmer, if there's any suggestions about which to watch next I'd appreciate them. Some of the best dialogue I've seen in a film, it's the kind of dialogue that I have in my conversations.

Fuck I just realized I haven't even finished most of the movies I've tried watching recently. I just don't care for movies anymore I guess, I get nothing out of watching all of this shit. Last one was Synecdote New York and a little over half way through, it's just fuck it, I get it movie, you're trying to be weird, nothing makes sense, it's a surreal flick, I'm sure there's some message to it, I just fucking don't care anymore.

It was cool and interesting pointless story. Always was into cyberpunk.

>The Hunchback Of Notre Dame 7/10
>The Jungle Book 4/10
>Call Me By Your Name 9/10
>Rashomon 8/10
>Rebels of the Neon God 6/10
Rebels of The Neon God was disappointing, but I feel like if I gave it another chance I'd like it more. Rashomon was a re-watch, I always enjoy viewing it. I loved Call Me By Your Name because I love romantic films with sad endings. The Jungle Book was unengaging, there wasn't a whole lot I could enjoy. The Hunchback of Notre Dame was really enjoyable, felt different to the usual Disney formula that's honestly really tiring.
>Rebels of The Neon God

Attack of the Clones is a masterpiece fellow cinéuser
