The language is a wee bit on the quirky side as well. No one worth listening too has ever used Kicksplosion unironically, yet it appears a couple times in dialogue.

The bread anime user is referring to is called Yakitake JaPan. The joke in the title is that "Pan" means bread in japanese, and it's taking place in Japan, hence the JaPan.

I wouldn't recommend using sandwich pepperoni on a pizza. There's a place in my town that does this and it make the pizza top-heavy as fuck. The cheese and toppings just slide right the fuck off and it's annoying. If you are going to use this kind of pepperoni, cut it up first.

It seems youre cooking roughly 350ish for a bit too long. I work a woodfired oven at one of my jobs making pizzas. We usually cook at 600 for roughly 3 minutes.
