>Ruthless, but cunning >Learned and well-educated gentleman >Still a pirate at heart >Shakespearean actor as a hobby >Series' overall best swordsman (Peter mostly beats Hook due to the great advantage flying gives him) >Would risk his like to protect his crew ("The Dream") >Closer to the original version >Voiced by Tim Curry
So, is he the best portrayal of Captain James Hook in any media? Prove me wrong. Pro-tip: You can't
At first I couldn't stand the white wig... but it grew on me with time. Loved the series!
Julian Collins
Holy crap, you just hit me with a nostalgia brick. I havent thought about this cartoon in decades. I had a toy of that Hook.
Jace Ross
>Ruthless, but cunning Dear OP, please don't use words you don't understand.
If he was ruthless, he wouldn't be a gentleman since gentlemen have limits they will not cross. And if he was cunning, Peter Pan's flying wouldn't be an overwhelming advantage during swordfights since he would figure out a way to deal with it.
Connor Foster
The Quaker Oats guy hasn't been the same since he lost his hand.
Elijah Butler
>he'd just figure out a way to deal with it Oh, just like how tanks and infantry can 'just deal with' fighter jets and cruise missiles. Air superiority is an ABSOLUTE advantage.
And gentlemen can be ruthless, when it's beneficial to be.
Hudson Martin
>Air superiority is an ABSOLUTE advantage Plus Peter is not a bad fighter himself, but were he stuck on the ground he would be match 1 on 1 against Hook... I remember the episode where Hook was able to fight for a few minutes, Peter was no match for him...
>he would figure out a way to deal with it Hook develops a lot of plans to finally defeat Peter, and it is mostly due to Peter's secondary cast that those plans fail, being alone Peter would have been defeated a long time ago.

Well as a youngin the disney version was my go-to Peter Pan but the 2003 movie stole it's spot and has yet to be replaced.
>"Very Well. If I must die, I will encounter darkness as a bride and hug it in my arms. For I, at least, have lived a full life, Peter Pan. I have been a child, I have been a youth, I have been a man, a scholar, and a gentleman. I have sailed the world in the finest Navy ever to see sun, moon, or sky set. In short, I have lived a full life. Where as you are a pathetic creature forever locked in the self-serving egocentricities of childhood. You have never been a youth, and you will never be a man. So finish me now, and be done with it!"
Cooper Wright
Beating Pan only with words... just epic
Justin Robinson
This is my favourite live-action incarnation of Hook.
Smee is also wonderful here
Elijah Brooks
was he really the bad guy?
Levi Garcia
>what about smee?"
William Scott
James Hook did nothing wrong
Daniel Nguyen
And then he just bursts the ropes like he's the fucking Hulk. Guy was a beast.
Wyatt White
>Immune to fairy magic
This Hook had everything!
Ethan Harris
I liked how peter kept a knife in his boot. I used to put a butterknife in my sock and pretend I tried rewatching this show, and while a lot of it looked great, it's hard to get past how the kids are REALLY kids. theyre.. fuckin little kids.
John Cooper
>BOYEEE
Connor Scott
Wonderful portrayal. Sure, he was never going to win, but he was as effective as he could be as a villain. He also has this charm about him that made you buy into what he was saying.
Ryder Phillips
>mfw this was the definitive version of Peter Pan as a kid but I only saw like 3 episodes
i can't handle this nostalgia
Evan Ross
You reminded me of a story an user was making up on the spot over on /tg/ a few years ago while suffering from a high fever.
I remember it was screencaped, but with some searching I found the story recorded here.
