thanks user i repressed these memories you fucking asshole

>the fucking teeth

not this motherfucker

I want to be scared underneath that lion

this isn't scary in the slightest and I watched it as a kid
pic related is what scared me as a kid

What a douchebag

>I'm scary on the top and I'm scary underneath
what did the lion mean by this?

It's not scary, but there is something strangely unsettling about the pair. And I'm pretty sure it's specifically the eyes

Anybody remember a Dragon song from TCL kids growing up in the 90s? There was that and a song that went *baby baby baby* too

All of the 3D segments were slightly unsettling

> scary

How the fuck does the lion compare to this?

>This thread

then what spooked you, user?

The theme music to Freaky Stories

That lion wasn't scary at all.

Although I got really scared when the bear was on screen. Why would someone be crazy like that? She'd probably stab you just for the fun of it.

Also fucking this.

>She
Would you Sup Forums?

what the fuck is that thing

I'm sure a bunch of anons would find her permanent ahegao pretty hot

I want porn of that

This goes completely without saying. That was shockingly terrifying.

GODDAMMIT YOU ASSHOLES I HAD COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN ABOUT THIS THING

WELL YOU KNOW WHAT FUCK YOU GUYS IF I HAVE TO REMEMBER IT THEN SO DO YOU

youtube.com/watch?v=lSb-IScr1YI

Not even the most horrifying thing shown on the Teletubbies.

Morso from "Aasi, Morso, ja Mouru". In case you couldn't tell, he's a mouse.

youtube.com/watch?v=AC2okqCGMg4

I'd repressed those memories.

I'd have found it less traumatising if they'd used a fully rendered CGI lion, and bear for that matter.

Mr. Popo, what are you doing?

youtube.com/watch?v=_wdI5EsdDIo

This tune has always been oddly creepy and I don't know why.

I only felt sorry for her.The Antlion traumatized me, though

...

Lesbian writers are the best.

This. The second that house faded in I bolted out of the room.

Britbongs, at least give us some links that we can watch in the US.

Back when TLC lived up to its initials.

I used to watch this as a kid, along with Rosie and Jim. They didn't scare me then, but now they do.

Why were shows from this time period so deep in the uncanny valley?

Experimentation in visuals, maybe?

>official channel
Is this the edited version that's supposed to be less scary?

I'm surprised I didn't have any nightmares about this. But it still brings out some long forgotten fear in me.

Well, it's a sea tiger or whatever from a penguin's perspective, it's supposed to be absolutely terrifying.

Oh, now I remember it. Never found it scary, but I see why some would.

When you think about it, pretty much everything about teletubbies has this weird atmosphere around it.

>When you think about it, pretty much everything about teletubbies has this weird atmosphere around it.
It's dream-like. I don't mean that in the sense that it's just weird, because there are plenty of things that are weird without being dream-like. I mean it actually feels like these sections are dreams screen, but without the context of them actually being dreams they're strangely unnerving.

*dreams put to screen

Well put.

You don't know shit about being scared.

youtube.com/watch?v=gXiYpfR-cRE

What did he mean by this?

Oh God I forgot this until I saw the pic, those eyes... I don't know why it unsettled me so much as a kid

I got jumpscared by the image you fucking cunt

is this little nemo?

I'd rather the lion tbqh family.

American here: not ONCE to I remember seeing this segment on Teletubbies (at least, on PBS). Can any American-Anons confirm they saw it or was it exclusive to Brit-Anons?

I never saw it either. I don't think it was shown in the US

I remember only seeing one of four clips:
>The dude singing in the house opening windows
>The animal parade
>The cargo ships
>The dancing bear in the flying gazebo
I don't recall ever seeing the Lion & The Bear.

I don't think I ever watched Goosebumps because of that intro.

What makes this so unnerving?

The Horror! The Horror!

I saw it multiple times as a child
