These assholes are now employees of the job you are currently working for. How do they do? How does your boss treat them?

I'd probably be picking up after a lot of their slack, so not that well. I already have a co-worker that acts how they act, boss doesn't seem to care that much. Hell, some of my managers let us slack off behind the cameras and as long as our work is done.

jokes on you
I have no job currently

Check the spoiler, buddy.

>Best Buy employee
Mordecai tries his hardest to sell TVs but gets caught up in long conversations with customers who aren't ever going to buy anything. Rigby plays around on the Switch demo station all day and mislabels half of the digital imaging section. They both get fired after the first week.

Also my last job
>Secretary/photographer for global military thing
International incident. Asshole boss who unintentionally cosplays Edward Elric throws a fit. Other asshole boss who looks and acts like Daria's dad has a meltdone.

they're fine, my boss is a coward who can't fire anyone, most people I work with are like them

>M&S Cafe
If you don’t know, M&S is basically an upper middle class supermarket that overprices stuff, sells decent clothes and presents itself as posh

>M&R do funny English accents
>They eat cake from the bin in that one spot where he cameras can’t see you
>Would probably smoke weed with the rest of the alt workers
>Rigby would summon a medieval stone mason that built the local cathedral

Well I'm in the military so they would probably be sent to the brig after a week.
For my job before the military, Swim Coach/Instructor. My boss wouldn't trust the lives of children in the hands of these idiots let alone teach them how to properly swim.

I'm a teacher in university.
Their lectures would be quite a show, if someone dare to entrust students to them.
And if they would be support staff, I don't sure that our laboratories survive constant invasions of cyberdeamons from cool games installed to university computers and rebellions of industrial automation systems that got self-awareness after maintenance made by them.

>engineer

i can honestly say that my technicians aren't very different

>construction
holy shit i am fucking firing these guys

>spoiler
I would probably fire them. If they aren't doing their jobs I'm not gonna pay them.

I assign them to help find me a girlfriend. They fuck up miserably at first, then get really frustrated, but pull it off really well in the end.

I'd sexually molest the blue jay

I'd watch this miniseries/arc

Birds don't have cocks so good fucking luck

He'd enjoy it

Their abrasive personality isn't a problem but if they have no talents they'll be fired in a week.

The manager never confronts people about what they are doing wrong and cuts thier hours behind thier backs

All my coworkers are teenagers, so I would be happy to have guys my age there, but they'd annoy me for slacking off.

>bartender
hoooo boiiiii, 3 autistic bartenders that constantly fuck shit up and just barely tolerate customers so they can get their vidya money
4 if you count the boss too

>if you have no job, then these guys work under you. How do you treat them?
I'm biased because I think they're fun characters, and I'd presumably end up being buds with them like the few times Benson hangs with them. If you watch the series enough you know their personalities beyond "they don't do their job", Mordecai would like to usually but isn't quite as responsible as he wants to be, and he's usually dragged down by Rigby. Rigby's the main problem but he's pretty chill. I think I'd just give them decent tasks and work them up from there, treat them with respect and hang with them sometimes.

Really their lack of working stemmed from having too comfy of a setting (they can just sit on a couch in a house and play video games) and having a strained relationship with Benson, who rarely attempted to make their tasks fun/treat them with respect.

>Don't ever tell people you're trying to be like Mordecai, people will see you as a poser.

They're the suckers at my college that manage to do absolutely nothing and pull off the bare minimum at the last second.

How many jobs did they ever actually pull off? I remember they set up the chairs in season 1, and then again in the dumped at the alter episode.

>Work at a Courtyard hotel.

They'll either be fired in less than 2 weeks or the place will be destroyed by what ever shenanigans they get into.

>got fired yesterday for slacking off

Is the normal guy pasted into that picture? I can't tell. The artifacts on his hand seem out of place.

That's what you call generation loss. Not only is he pasted into that picture, but he was probably cropped from a picture that was made from a cropped picture that was made from a cropped picture.

Someone put a good amount of effort blurring his edges, but you can't de-scramble an egg.

I draw freelance fetish porn.

Funnily enough, Mordecai could probably do it.

They do pretty well, granted they don't blow up the place, I'd keep them around.

Rigby does absolutely shit on every station besides the idiot proof one and he even manages to fuck that up.
Although he still isn't fired because management would rather have shit staff that hinders everybody than be understaffed.
Mordecai does okay, he is about the same as half the current kitchen staff, maybe a little bit worse.
Eventually Rigby fucks something up bad enough and Mordecai gets implicated in it and they both get fired.
