The Tommy Westphall Universe: Cartoons

So the Tommy Westphall Universe doesn't want to list cartoons because it's too much work.

So let's do that work for them.

The X-Files crossed over with The Simpsons. From this, we can assume that The Simpsons exists in the Tommy Westphall universe. Now, The Simpsons has significant crossovers with The Critic and Family Guy. That means we can assume that those take place in the same universe as well.

Clone High offered an origin story for the Janitor on Scrubs. Scrubs shares a tenuous connection to the Tommy Westphall universe via Apollo Chocolate Bars.

Ultimate Spiderman crossed over with Jessie. That means that shows in that same continuity, Avengers Assemble, Guardians of the Galaxy, Hulk and the Agents of SMASH, all take place in the Tommy Westphall universe.

Oh, and if Family Guy exists in the Tommy Westphall universe, that means we must assume that The Cleveland Show and American Dad do as well. Those shows share a firm continuity with Family guy, as opposed to the various cutaway gags.

Family Guy also means American Dad and The Cleveland Show are in there.

The Simpsons also brings in Archie, which adds the Punisher and the Marvel Universe, Phibeas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law through Marvel, Scooby-Doo via Josie and The Pussycats, which means Batman is in there as well along with the Addams Family.

The Simpsons would also mean King of the Hill, since they cameoed in an episode along with their original VA and designs.

Lilo and Stitch, Recess, Proud Family, Kim Possible, and Fillmore! all take place in the same universe.

If we can figure out some connection, that'd be crazy.

godzilla's popped up in both marvel and the simpsons

Punisher is Marvel, P&F is Disney, Cory in the House is canon to that through crossovers, as are Doctor Who and Law and Order. Granted, you lose Sup Forums-ness at the end, but still worth noting.

Also, Scooby-Doo opens the gateway to Looney Tunes: Back in Action, which really raises the question of "Are we in the Tommy Westfall Universe"?

Let's see, OK KO connects to RPG World and Captain Planet, Captain Planet connects to... I'm sure it connects to something.

Ozmodiar indicates that whatever species the great gazoo is (and by extension, gazoo himself) exists in the universe of the simpsons, connecting the simpsons to the flintstones, the jetsons, and whatever other hanna barberra/cartoon network shows that the flintstones characters appear in (billy and mandy, powerpuff girls etc)

And in that case, Powerpuff Girls connects to Dexter's Lab via Major Glory and Samurai Jack via the Talking Dog.

Animaniacs, Freakazoid, and Tiny Toon Adventures.

Oh, the Manhattan Clan cameoed in A Spectacular Spiderman episode.

Don't forget Jake Long. Jake crossed over with Lilo and Stitch and Ingrid cameod in an AD episode.

Phineas and Ferb also crossed over with the Ultimate Spiderman Spiderman.

The skeleton of "Something that Doesn't Exist" was in Gravity Falls.

A character from the background of GF appears in Star Vs.

If we can get some concrete connection to Phineas and Ferb to the other Disney TV shows (maybe a live action sitcom crossover or cameo?) then that opens things up a lot.

and naturally gravity falls and rick and morty, while not in the same universe per se, exist in fictional congruence with each other. i guess we could count the couch gag too but like that's a bit more tenuous

We had a recent episode of Star Vs. with the gnomes from Gravity Falls making a cameo.

>So the Tommy Westphall Universe doesn't want to list cartoons because it's too much work.
And listing every other television show wasn't?

Also, are we giving any consideration to House of Mouse? That not only connects every Disney movie together, but tangentially the cartoons based upon some of those movies. I'm pretty sure Aladdin and Hercules had an actual crossover episode as well, unless that was just a porn picture.

Future Worm's series finale had them going to WOY, Pickle and Peanut, Gravity Falls, and Star Vs., so that cements those connections. Looks like Penn Zero might be the odd man out here.

I think we might need to disregard House of Mouse, same way I don't think we should regard Family Guy cutaways.

Aladdin and Herc definitely shared a crossover, though. "Hercules and the Arabian Knight".

I can't believe everyone in Arlan was killed by Thanos

I misread this as "The Tommy Wiseau Universe Cartoons" at first and got excited. Now I'm bummed that isn't actually a thing.

I can't believe there's a decent argument for Family Guy, the Wire, and Gargoyles to all take place in the same universe.

Godzilla has crossed over with Bambi

>Clone High offered an origin story for the Janitor on Scrubs

Uhh, what? I don't remember this at all.

The episode with Ponce, his father was the janitor? The creators of Clone High said it was the same guy from Scrubs, and losing Ponce is what made him such a dick.

And since Futurama crossed over with The Simpsons that means it's the same universe as the Jestons. Brilliant.

No there's not. That's retarded. Until the producers come out and same something anything else is just retarded head canon by retards acting retarded

Chill out user, it's just fun finding all these little connections between fiction.

Thanks for clearing that up

guess who else has crossed over with the simpsons?

Looking at the list, I can see Fear the Walking Dead on there. Given that it's confirmed to have a connection with The Walking Dead TV series, it links to the Telltale game via Glenn.

From there, it can be linked to the Poker Night franchise, where in the intro to Poker Night 2, Brock Samson shoves a Save-Lots bandit into a wall. With that connection, it brings in:

Penny Arcade
Team Fortress 2
Homestar Runner
Sam & Max
The Venture Bros.
Borderlands
The Evil Dead franchise
and Portal

Everyone.

Don't forget that if you're counting that Silver Surfer/KOTH commercial, then this counts too:

And so that brings in Ned's Newt, Space Goofs, and Toonsylvania.

Finn and Jake were on Futurama, while Bender appeared on the Simpsons. Finn was also mentioned on Uncle Grandpa's list in that Steven Universe crossover.

That episode also referenced Dexter's Lab, the Powerpuff Girls, Swat Kats, Juniper Lee, Foster's, Clarence, Flapjack, and Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

Bringing in Foster's also adds Billy and Mandy more directly, which also connects Kids Next Door.
