What level of threat would each be in the DC Universe?
Myers and Jason: Joker levels of plot armor.
Freddy: Dr Destiny in dreams, Corinthian in reality.

>Michael would be a fucking joke, since despite being indestructible he can still be captured and is usually just some borderline-mindless killing machine
>Jason would be a poor man's Solomon Grundy, only a serious threat to street level fighters and horny civilians
>Freddy, being the keikaku master of the three, could potentially go the furthest as long as he doesn't stupidly provoke the likes of Superman or a magic user or some shit
Freddy is probably the most potentially dangerous to almost any hero or villian, it all depends on how well they deal with fears and how quick they are to realize the situation.
You don't have to make this thread every day.
Last one was for Marvel, this one is for DC
Both will be ruined by The Thing fag once he gets here
Are we talking Jason X or Jason Goes to Hell Jason though?
Also this
>Michael: low tier, barely a threat, why are we even talking about this autist
>Jason: marginally more threatening because of his immortality, but a great deal of the danger also depends on if we're canonizing his teleportation. Any hero that can fight Solomon Grundy, Killer Croc, etc could probably handle him.
>Freddy: now we're in deep shit. High level threat without being League level, so probably a case for Justice League Dark or just about any magic user. Freddy's power is directly proportional to how afraid people are of him and how mentally vulnerable his targets are, and at his strongest he's capable of reality warping outside of dreams. However, he screws himself over sometimes by fault of his ego, so the entire League may not need to get involved. Batgod + Constantine/Zatanna/whoever could probably take him out. The best matchup that could provided a good challenge for both sides may be the Titans though.
You're right, bitching about Steven Universe and the Justice League RT score are way better threads to get involved in.
Uber-Jason was just a one-off thing, and JGTH was just so fucking stupid and irrelevant it barely deserves consideration. It was basically Sean Cunningham's equivalent to "Aku's Fairy Tales" because he was salty that Jason ended up dominating the franchise he started.
That's not what green is for, friend
But powerlevel wise it boosts him immensely to a far more serious threat even though they're missing the point of Jason.
>mods delete a non-capeshit villains thread
It's like they don't even enjoy having fun anymore
My guess is it's one Mod whose all pissy about the JL review. And that sucks because it's actually a good movie, and if said mod is responding that way it means that they haven't seen it yet and are just lashing out.
I was having fun talking about the possibility of have the Soulsborne lore being taken on by various capeshit characters
Well, what kind of faggotry is it to delete an innocent thread for your rage. As for Soulsborne, I can gladly discuss, except for 3 I know the lore but I haven't played it yet.
It's just speculation, for all we know, the mod could be a kid wanting to be hardcore, but his ma won't let him. Either way we're in the clear since Dark Souls has an actual comic that was produced and Bloodborne is going one made as we speak.
Since the lore of Soulsborne works in a circle one age at a time (Stone, Fire, Darkness and Sea) it would be easy to fit them into most bits of the more supernatural capeshit. Seeing Constantine or The Black Knighg deal with the demonic and eldritch horrors that they game provides us would be nice, it would fit very well in Weirdworld
I'm a comics casual, haven't heard of Weirdworld, mind giving me the skinny?
I'm thinking that Dark Souls would be a perfect fit for Wonder Woman though it lacks here typical Greek inspiration it would also be a god tier Hellboy comic.
Weirdworld is basically the Savage Land in Marvel, only instead of their being dinosaurs you have more Fantasy elements, it had a short ongoing after Secret Wars that died way to soon. Admittedly, I'm also casual when it comes to Weirdworld, but I know that in that comic, the seemingly big bad was Morgan Le Fay. Sorry I can't give you a more in depth analysis.
Azzerello's Wonder Woman would be perfect for the Dark Souls setting, in not so sure about the current version though. Blade and John Jameson would have a damn fun time during the night of the hunt in Yharnam (or however it's spelled though)
My question is, would Frank Castle consider Jigsaw from the Saw films (the original guy with cancer) a villain or not?
What's with the myers hate? Dude has peak physical condition and is cunning as hell,he's pretty much punisher tier
But he's also boring, out of the three he's easily the weakest and the one who presents the least potential for a good story
We're comparing him to a dream demon and an immortal zombie though.
Zombies lack intelligence, Jason is more of a wraith, a higher tier undead
Barbatos would beat all three
DC writers are too fucking snowflake-core for any of them to be an actual threat. Every damn time someone crosses over into the DCU, they job so hard it's ridiculous.
Jackie Chan vs. Nightwing
>Dick was able to counter Jackie's Chairforce
Bobby Flay Cakeboss: Metropolis
>Luthor steals 40 cakes.
and that is terrible.
Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch vs. Teen Titans
>Jade (fucking) Nguyen just HAD to start shit.
The Flash vs. The Italian Stallion
>"You remember that arm wrestling match you thought you won, fair and square? I TURNED HIS CAP BACK AROUND! I took his power away! Your trophy is a LIE, Barry!"
Nothing wrong with Myers but in comparison with the various characters in the DCU or Marvel he doesn't exactly stand a chance. You'd have to put him in a "realistic (yet not realistic)" or lower-powered world to give him a chance. Like he'd have an easier time with (though eventually might get defeated by) MAX Punisher but have a harder time with a 616 Punisher who can access super-tech or knows of superhumans.
Rumble in Bludhaven had a lot of potential, too bad really. Also bears mention in Chuck Norris vs. Terminator vs. Batman, Bats should NOT have won that.
>goes to batman's dream
>batman takes control of the dream and beats fred's ass "Because i'm Batman"
>uses a swarm of bats to scare him
The other user is right about Freddy, but this post is so true I can't tell whether it's funny or sad.
Don't know if you're here but Crystal lake is in Florida
t. Floridian master race
>and at his strongest he's capable of reality warping outside of dreams.
That's when shit gets really scary.
He should. Anyone who thinks Jigsaw "did nothing wrong" is full of shit, even from the first film off he singled people out for stupidly petty reasons and most of his traps were rigged to be unwinnable to begin with (just have a double-take at the flammable jelly trap, or the barbed wire maze). His "motive" is just convoluted mental gymnastics so he can justify sending people to their certain deaths so he can feel like a better survivor for outliving a bunch of assholes who "took life for granted"... Unlike him, who's spent his dying days plotting their deaths instead of enjoying what precious little time he has left.
Now, if Jigsaw actually singled out criminals who threw away their chances to rehabilitate or something... MAYBE it'd leave a little ambiguity for Frank.
>villains who are routinely outwitted or beaten by teenagers with no powers
>a threat to any DC hero
I'd rather have this thread every day than another tumblr discussion that takes up space from other topics for an entire weeks.
these threads are fun and get bumped off fairly fast. Just enjoy them.
