Well OP, are you gonna fucking show us or do I have to show it for you?

We already know that.

You can't surpass this no matter how hard you want to.

BEHOLD, CHRISTMAS KINO

Fuck, both didn't see this and didn't upload a pic

Charlie Brown Christmas isn't perfect though. Hell, the reason it's so great is because of all its tiny flaws. It's like watching a bunch of 10 year olds put on a school play. You know they can't act their way out of a paper bag, screw up their lines, sometimes forget a prop in the back, but goddamn they're giving it their all and it shows. That and the message ages extremely well.

Can’t wait for the movie version with Benedict Cumberbitch

>it huz duvud boowee so it's keenoh
>look mom i followed the herd

OF ALL THA MUTHAFUCKAS ON EARTH, YOU THA MOTHAFUCKEST

Is it simply because David Bowie was in it?

op here sorry for the wait

What a shitty tree.

One of the few holiday specials that actually makes people sick

sick with joy

good

but this best

Is this THE best song in a from a Christmas special?

Is it still possible to make a timeless classic Christmas special or have they pretty much peaked in the mid 70's?

Most of the newer stuff seems incredibly cheap and cringey.

It is no longer possible.

It's doable but I wouldn't count on it happening any time soon. Most of the appeal of stuff like the Rankin/Bass specials or A Charlie Brown Christmas is how they make you feel like you're six years old again. Odds are there won't be any new christmas specials you'll watch this year that you'll come back to for the next decade, even if they do manage to stay on the air that long.

Most of the ones made in the last 15 or so years seem like really half-assed attempts. Likely everyone working on them just did not give a shit and knew they were making something for the Wal-Mart bargain bin.

That one last year about the tree who wanted to be a christmas tree was pretty fucked up

>that one rudolph movie that i remember nothing about except his singing voice was so drastically different from his speaking voice it was fucking weird
also annabelle's wish

>tfw this stupid song is forever stuck in my head starting in november
fucking make it stop

Came here to post this. Was not disappointed to find someone beat me to it.

Unironically that one zombie Simpsons episode where it was the future and Bart was trying to get his kids to respect him.

>puts candy cane bullets in a glock
>holding a revolver in the next picture

...

>tfw been browsing Sup Forums for several years
>tfw I visit every Peanuts or Peanuts related thread thread over that time
>tfw I'm a massive Peanuts fan who just wants to chat about it peacefully
>tfw people always post this video and I'm sick of it and never found it funny

cg?

This is the best animated special

Did you post the wrong pic by mistake OP?

...

Its the music. I think it might be a States thing, but that soundtrack is a Christmas classic

...

ozymandias in scooby doo?

Pretty much the best thing about the special

Stand aside

Who do you think was solving all the mysteries?

Here's the real Christmas Kino.

For me that’s tied with this

Miss seeing all the many christmas specials of every 70's, 80's, and 90's show on Cartoon Network every December

>you now remember the 24 hour christmas party
>falling asleep late and waking up at 3am christmas morning with cartoons like Yogis first christmas, Flinstones christmas, the town that santa forgot, including cartoon cartoons like Dexter, ppg, jonny bravo
>tfw it'll never be back
>tfw its just ttg party now

So cozy....

I miss it Sup Forums

The Rocko's Modern Life Christmas episode will always have a place in my heart (and ringtone) for this reason:

>no one has posted this yet

This was the best of the Rankin Bass stuff right next to the original Rudolph special.

>Be ten years old
>Wake up at like 6 AM on Christmas morning or some shit
>Parents are still sleeping
>Turn on tv while waiting for them
>The Flintstones Christmas episode is on
>Fred gets a job as a mall Santa and then helps some elves deliver presents when the real Santa gets sick
This was one of the comfiest feelings ever and it makes me feel awful that no child of any future generation can experience anything like this ever again.

>"My childhood is the superior one!"

Don't be that guy.

I remember the TV show based on this, but not the special itself

.....Christmas is never coming to Pac-Land ever again....

The Rudolph movie was also Goodtimes Entertainment's only attempt at a theatrical release.

The only correct answer.

OZZY AND BUBASTIS COUPLE CRIME SOLVIN SUPERSTARS

South park has a bunch of good christmas eps.

When I think of Christmas cartoons, this comes to mind first

This is still worth a good kek.

>crazy old guy breaks into an orphanage and breaks all the cooking and cleaning ware to make toys for kids that apparently have no one actually taking care of them.

The It's Always Sunny Christmas special is timeless.

it was the great depression user, times were tough

Here's some good old fashioned Christmas racism.
