If we must have two Spider-Mans, why don't they just make Amazing a team-up book between them? See this page? This is what we should have instead of Slott and Bendis jerking off in their own seperate books

Fuck no, Miles is shit, he will ruin amazing spiderman, yeah because instead of what Sup Forumsntrarians say it is actually good even though not perfect.

Because you have a cartoon for that.
Spiderman having a partner is only temporary, you would need a separate comic for that that isnt spider-men.
Also Miles is a poorly written character by a guy who was waaaaaay past his prime.

If marvel truley wants to be progressive, they create a new super hero with his or her own villains.

>If we must have two Spider-Mans
There's more than that. We've got like 5 running around, not including alternate universes.

Who is going to be his next writer after bendis?

They should just call Miles Wall-Crawler.

Or like, have him come work with his dad at SHIELD and rename the book MILES MORALES : AGENT OF SHIELD.
The fucker's power set works so goddamn well with a spy book. And, you know, it'd actually give him something to do besides being the #2 Spidey.

Just a thought.

He works better without the web shooters. Hell, Give him the ability to jump high [that is ties to his venom blast] and allow him to glide.

>make Miles Peters sidekick
>Rename Miles something other than Spider-man
>Give him his own original costume so he looks different than Spider-man
>Develop his powers in a separate direction from Pete
>Spin him off to his own book or team at some point
This isn't fucking hard. Just make him his own hero and his own person. Make him a Nightwing. Its Batman and Robin and not Batman and Batman. We'd get back the flavor of Petes younger years and get interesting stories about him fucking up as a mentor too

There is nothing to ruin. ASM is garbage.
>cawtwawians
Fuck off.

That's a terrible idea. Leaving Miles alone in his own easily ignorable book is better than nothing but ideally he just needs to be forgotten entirely. Not killed off, he doesn't deserve even the screentime it would take to do that, just stop using the character forever once they run out of Bendis material.

I doubt Slott wants to write him, and Bendis' current arc is probably his final one. If not his final one then at least his penultimate one, since he's gonna be heading over to DC once he wraps up his current ongoings.

Fuck no, asm is good enough, and miles will make it shit.

This. All of Bendis' legacy should die forgotten.

Or, better yet, how about Miles dies and Peter remains the one and only Spider-Man?

Should we kill off ben reily and Kaine too?

>asm is good enough
This is what battered marvel housewives actually believe.

They've died enough

There is never enough, look at superman.

No, you are salty because you don't like slott, did he make you angry on twitter or something?

Someone, quick, I need the edit where Miles admits that the burger was in his ass.

>asm is good enough
Are you high or are you just Dan Slott?

Hopefully no one. Just let the character fade into obscurity, nothing will piss Bendis off more.

10/10 would read

The guy who wrote Deadpool and spiderman books wanted to include miles. But, bendis cockblock him.

I hope hasting or Thompson would write him.

Joe Kelley wanted to write Miles?

I would read that

give miles to zdarsky, no one will care.

Miles is the best thing to happen to spiderman in a long time.

>Miles is the best thing to happen to spiderman in a long time.

You know you will trigger half of the spidey fans by saying that.

Actually, it was a mandate that no one write Miles for more than a few pages at a time because he didn't want any drastic changes to happen to his character, Wilson got on his bad side for putting him in an issue of Ms Marvel and "ruining his personality". Slott actually wanted to write an arc about Peter trying to be a good mentor to Miles after he was pulled in 616, but Bendis firmly shot it down, crying about how it would devalue Miles who has already earned his webs.

Personally I'd love to see Slott turn Miles into Peter's robin, might actually make Miles enjoyable
