Why, I do believe it's time for early Silver Age comics!
But enough about me, how was your day?

It's another bout of Curt Swan covers (although there is one interior story... it's interesting to see how long it took Swan to break through to being more than a cover artist).

I've said it before, but it's really weird to think that Swan was as much a Batman artist as he was a Superman artist.

It's not a silver age thread without an inexplicable gorilla.
Swan actually drew this story, which makes a nice change.

DID SOMEBODY SAY "INEXPLICABLE GORILLA"?

That's enough of the Silver Age for today...
... Joseph Campanella is 93 today...
... Laurence Luckinbill is 83...
... Harold Ramis, who gave us Ghostbusters (and by extension, The Real Ghostbusters, Extreme Ghostbusters and IDW's Ghostbusters comic), would've been 73 today...
... Goldie Hawn is 72...
... Tiny Ron Taylor is 70...
... Steven Curtis Chapman is 55...
... Nicollette Sheridan is 54...
... Björk, who provided the theme song for some Moomins movie, is 52...
... Sean Schemmel is 49...
... Jerry Colonna died 31 years ago today...
... Bill Bixby died 24 years ago...
... Jack Purvis died 20 years ago...
... and Emily Squires, who directed Sesame Street, died five years ago.
Well, I'm done for today. I'll be back tomorrow, knock on wood, to give you some more Silver Age goodness, as well as the usual stuff.
Thanks OP
Getting kinda scared about net neutrality desu.

Yeah, it'll probably go eventually. Big money gets what it wants eventually...
Thanks, OP.
