Forcing english-only just inhibits student success. I grew up in the central valley so I saw plenty of non-english speakers forced into english only classes. All that happened was that they didn't learn anything, it significantly impacted their education career, and now they're a burden on the state.
The reality is we have kids who don't speak english. It hurts everyone in the long run to ruin their education by forcing english only
